Fantasyland Hotel

Loved that we had access to Crunch fitness - THANK YOU! It was amazing that we could walk the mall at any time! The room attendants were very attentive and quick to respond.

The bottom bunk is not for an adult - ha!! ;) It would have been nicer if the ladder was at the end of the bed so it didn't get kicked all the time (my issue, not yours). It was still a great experience. I really can't think of anything that was negative.

I like the location connected to the mall. It was wonderful. The view of the hotel was pretty and the staff were nice. The room was a perfect size and the equipment in the room was beautiful for my family. I really like that. Next time I’ll stay in theme room Polynesian, African or Roman room.

Because I got a discount on my room stay with booking I couldn’t get a discount with the park events. I had to pay full price for everything. In the end it was ok, because my hubby & I split everything which was helpful. And i was able to control the room temperature. It was extremely hot, we opened the window which was perfect.

Room was amazing, food in restaurant great. I am impressed that the bathtub/shower actually has a grab bar to hold on and a rubber mat for the floor. I have found other hotels have had very slippery tubs which are an accident waiting to happen. There was also actually enough space on towel bars to hang up towels to be used another day.

I was surprised that the hotel is still using the individual soaps, shampoos, conditioners rather than pump type dispensers on the wall. The environment doesn't need all those little plastic bottles being thrown into a landfill.

We got our room upgraded for free. Which was delightful. Staff was polite and helpful, room was clean.

Checking out was a nightmare. I was told my wait time to check my room would be 15 min max. I waited almost 55 mins and had to stand in line 3 times. They are clearly under staffed. The lobby is freezing, with no added heat while the doors basically stay open and it's filled with exhaust fumes. It was an unpleasant way to end a great trip.

The proximity to the mall

Smoke alarms went off at 1.3o in the morning, and apparently this is not an unusual occurrence We requested, and agreed to pay for an extension to checkout until 2.0 in the afternoon . the cleaning staff seemed to be unaware of this!! As my elderly husband was resting there it was very unpleasant for him, they even brough a supervisor to intimidate him. NOT GOOD!!

Loved the staff, very friendly and very helpful. Room was better than expected. It was comfortable, clean and location is excellent. As a female traveling alone I felt very safe, security was great.

Would have liked a microwave in the room to reheat leftovers. Did a little work on my laptop every morning and found the wifi to be slow then but it was better later on it the day and in the evening.

Overall, everything about the hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful. Beautiful hotel. Perfect location. It was convenient to have the hotel located in the mall.

Walls are thin. We could hear the guest next door snoring all night. And people talking and kids running in the hallway.

Lots of great attractions have been added compared to last time we visited. Shopping was great! Restaurants were great but pricey.

Room was a little pricey. My only complaint is the lack of breakfast restaurant options as L2 has really dropped in food quality and taste.

Clean and modern hotel, reasonably priced given that it is at West Ed mall. Rooms are comfortable and check in staff were helpful and professional.

I think the stairs should be pointed out to people on check in. There was a huge wait for a lift at one point so my friend and i went looking for the stairs; there was a sign on the door saying that they should only be used in an emergency!

Room was clean. All you really needed with in the room. Quiet!!!! You could have had a colder fridge though. It was easy to park the car and I felt safe going to the car at night. will return again. THIS WAS MY SECOND TIME STAYING WITH YOU!

Fridge could have been colder as it took some time for my juice for the evening to reach a good temp. Could have have more coffee also.
