Green Park Hotel Brugge

Located in a forest area. You can have walk around. Renting bike is possible. Family and kids friendly hotel. Many box plays, playing flied, a pool ( we did not use), billiards (1 euro). Cattle in the room. I saw people ordered food from outside. Also there is a micro wave oven at the basement, some guests heated their own food and had in the rest or garden. Breakhfast good enough. There is toaster and automatic pancake machine, nutella etc. We stayed three nights, one day for Paris. One is for Brugge. If you have car, relax and good location.

The hotel is honest. Not something to impress with, but quite pleasant. Very short driving distance from Bruges city center and train station (where you can park at a reasonable price). The building/rooms are kind of old, but clean. Although it's next to the motorway, in the room there is no noise, whatsoever. Kids have a playground and plenty of green space + the swimming pool (which was ready for use, 3 days before the official season start)+some games like ping pong and other stuff. Also, the garden/green space around it is nice. The breakfast was good (enough variety for 2-3 days, without getting bored of the food).

Ordering food in the evening, the pizza was generic/supermarket quality. And the water bottles in the fridge, opposite the reception... 3 EUR/0.5L seemed kind of expensive. Same price as the beer, I wish I knew.

Amazing location as we crossed a mini forest to arrive. Great place with all clean and very well organized. We arrived 3h earlier, as we drove all night and we were tired. Nevertheless, Ms. Barbara C. the Food and Beverage Manager that received us at the reception, was able to checking in us always with a smile and on the end she offered two lollipops and two toblerones to my children! this made my day. We loved the place, the size of the room are quite decent, clean is superb and good really good. Breakfast very generous and we tried a Risoto with chicken and mushrooms that was delicious! Definitely a family friend hotel and a place we will come back shortly! Thank you Barbara, we know what is your life moto and you did made my day and our family’s day with a big smile in our face.

Nothing to appoint

Amazing for our kids! Indoor playroom with blocks, legos, balls, etc. Child friendly play activities (wood board games) in the lobby. Outside a slide, swing, connect-4, and trampouline! Lotso kids there so we didnt feel like our kids were disruptive or annoying everyone else. Also, the room was functional and felt new - built-in USB ports and enough electric outlets. Restaurant was Italianish - good enough for what we needed.

Only one person usually at the desk, often overwhelmed. Could use a fridge/freezer in the room, especially for kids stuff.

Staff that went above and beyond to help with anything. Great variety of food choices for breakfast - my son loved the pancake making machine!

Initially I was concerned about the distance that the hotel was from Brugge Town centre, but the hotel has a deal with a local taxi firm to drop off or collect for €15 each way. Not much more than the €3 per person for the bus and you'd still need to walk a mile to the hotel. Bikes can be purchased, so lots of options. Not really a negative.

The staff were very friendly and helpful.

I did like the hotel only problem it was just a little to far from bruge for us we has to walk 20mins to the bus stop to get into bruge so it was more the location wish we were abit nearer to the center hotel like in middle of nowhere ..and rooms could do with a little renovation old carpet on the floor and no Air con toilet separate to shower which was strange also there's a busy road right outside near where pool is very noisy.

Competent and friendly staff - I would especially like to highlight the receptionist, who really stood out due to great service and he ensured we had a good impression from first minute after arriving. Our room was just newly renovated, so all was very nice. Location is fine and good base for visiting Bruges. We also liked the reception area with games etc.

With the kids bed folded out, we don't have a lot of space left in the room. Not a big issue, as we didn't spend much time there anyway.

The location, room and the garden were very good and also the wi-fi. The breakfast was superb with varieties and the coffee.

The car-parking fee and it's 7 Euros a day. They do not need to receive any fee for parking. Even though nobody told me about the parking fee, I had to pay 28 Euros while checking-out for 4 nights.

All I wanted was a hotel for our little city visit of Brugge (we are a family of four). What I got was a very family friendly place, where we could relaxe after a hot day in town (34 degree). The garden and terrace of the hotel are beautiful. There is not only a pool of nice size for a splash, but table tennis, pool table and even a bouncy castle. The staff is very friendly. The rooms were clean and the beds comfortable. I recommend this place in any way but especially to families with young children.
