very convenient for us as we needed parking and did not want to enter the Antwerp LEZ. Drove next morning to the nearest P&R (5 mins) and had a lovely day in the city centre - hassle-free

nothing to dislike that we didn't expect - we knew from reading the reviews & description that the location (Port zone) was not the most salubrious and this was reflected in the clientele and general ambience, but as all we needed was parking, a bed and breakfast, this suited our needs perfectly. Hotel could be cleaner but no nasties in evidence at all - we have stayed in FAR worse over decades of adventure! And as it happens, everyone we met was either perfectly nice or completely ignored us - no complaints on that front whatever. Breakfast was VERY limited but the coffee was hot, fresh and plentiful - this was our only priority at that hour!!!!

The hotel had free parking. It suited our needs for just an overnight trip.

The shower was temperamental (boiling hot and then freezing cold). It did not stay at one constant temperature and was rather unpleasant. The plugs were very high up with no workspace below them. Meaning that whatever was plugged in was just left hanging by the lead. There was also splats of what looked like blood on the wall. Only given 1 pillow each, the pillow was uncomfortable. Could have had a couple more pegs as had nowhere to hang towels.

Very kind hotel staff, they always kept smile. Despite location near the main road near the port and lot of trucks, there were no noise and the room was silent. The equipment and facilities were good enough and there were space for three people, which is almost unbelievable considering the size of the room :-) The room and hotel was always clean with peach aroma in the corridors. A parking lot directly in front of the hotel.

Because of the air conditioning the window was locked and it cannot be opened.

Great experience with this hotel on 2 separate occasions. Free parking with no charge. Stunning breakfast - the best part of my time in the hotel. I actually once was the first person at the breakfast at 5am and the other time i was almost the last one and every time was something different

The only thing I can think of is that there was no electricity in the hotel for an hour or so, but it was down on the whole street

Excellent check in even at 1am! Very relaxed vibe - extremely comfortable bed - good shower - clean room- interesting lights around the edge of the room that I liked- great breakfast variety and clean area - I had a very good sleep

Some of the lights were flashing and not working too good - breakfast area is small - no sockets close to the bed - shower gel was almost empty and ran out before I finished the stay.

Staff was amazing - friendly, professional, helpful, man on Aug 6 night went above and beyond. Bed was comfortable. Compact clean, quiet room.

The climate control is not temperature adjustable- it's air purifyer, and it goes loudly all night. temperature is way too hot to sleep. We opted for turning it off and opening a window. That worked because it was cool outside.

Everything was perfect, the hotel is clean, people are very friendly and always smiling. The parking is free and secured. I will definitely stay again.

There was no hairdryer in my room. The liquid soap/shampoo in the shower got into my eye and it immediately became red and hurt. It felt like a chemical reaction. I never had any allergies. I guess the hotel should verify their supplier and change the soap to another product.

A great one night stay. Since we all came to the property late in the night at 3 am, there were still staff who check us in. The room was good value for money for 3 people and the beds were comfortable as well. We were able to open the room window as well and the room was airy.

Everything was good for 1 night stay.

I loved the value for money proposition. The breakfast was good i was able to get a full belly.

I wish there was scrambled egg and bacon. I use public transport and getting a bus or tram to the city centre was one hell of a struggle. I wish I could put two single beds together to make it a double. I wish there was free water like a water fountain or something. I wish I could put my shoes or boots in a closet. I wish the toilet door was completely closed from top to toe.

No nonsense hotel, ideal for professionals that are working in the port of Antwerp. Good bed, good shower, good internet, little noise.

LED strip was defective, in the sense that it went on and off a few times per second. This stopped after midnight. An electrician will probably be able to explain this weird fenomenon an maybe also be able to fix it.
