Outrigger Burleigh

Location was perfect. Easy walk to the beachfront and nearby coffee shop. Short drive to restaurants. The room was really spacious, and towels were laid out nicely. The carparking was convenient. Beds were comfortable. The spa and pool looked nice although we did not take the time to use them this trip. This hotel is excellent value for money.

The shower pressure could have been a bit better. Apart from that everything was really good at this hotel and would recommend.

Chill vibe in this hotel, the beds are comfortable and the TV is big with high definition, there are also tablewares and kettle in the drawer. some restaurants near by, and they offer 20% discount if you dine in the bar across the street. 5 minutes walk to the beach.

The front desk is closed early (maybe at 3pm I think), so need to check-in before that or online check-in. The BBQ equipment is out of order during my stay:( if the check out time could be at 11am would be great.

The place was very clean and it had Foxtel which was great. The room also had an airer which dried some towels and clothes for me. The best was great and it had a lounge and bench top to work. The balcony was good too. I didn't get much road noise. I loved the spa next to the pool it was really refreshing. Car was parked undercover in a safe spot. Lifts up and down. Overall a good experience.

WiFi was a massive issue. It didn't work which was disappointing and stopped me giving it a 10.

The hotel is ideally placed for getting up and down the Gold Coast. The beach at Burleigh is 2/3 mins walk. There are shops, restaurants and coffee bars close by. The hotel staff were all very friendly and helpful and able to answer any local based queries I had. The room allocated was lovely with a nice outlook and balcony. The room itself was spacious, clean and comfortable. There was a good selection of TV channels and the wifi was very good.

Absolutely everything!!!!, I actually had to check to make sure the room was the same that I was supposed to stay in. IT WAS FANTASTIC!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Next time I'm in the Gold Coast, I am 100% going to book with this hotel, THANK YOU!!!!!!! :)

With all honesty, there is absolutely not one thing that I found that I didn't like!.

The customer service was fantastic. We felt very welcomed when we arrived The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The location was good, easy access to North Burleigh beach and a few restaurants. But try the Chinese restaurant attached called Miami Rice, it was excellent. It was a little noisy due to the hi way, but still able to fall asleep with ease.

The rooms were spacious and beds were okay, the position was perfect for the breeze coming from the beach. It was also great to be able to sit on the balcony while friends were hanging out in the pool.

The height of the bathroom wasn't great, as I am tall, I had to sit down to shower which isn't really convenient. I also have Hayfever/allergies, and the amount of dust around the room was a concern.

The room had a beautiful view that included the ocean. The kitchenette was nice and had cooking utensils. The balcony was nice. The floors was nice hardwood.

The central light of the room used a light bulb that was probably too low wattage to properly light the room.

The room is clean, well-furnished and cosy. The beach is just across the street and the view is wonderful.

There must have been an issue with night check-in and we were given the wrong room key. It was a huge shock to us hearing loud knock on the door in the early morning and getting "interrogated" by the hotel manager. Thankfully the misunderstanding was eventually resolved and we appreciated his apology.

Our second time staying - great location and good price.

Pillows are hard. Didn't get sent the full information about late check in but phone at front door was opened promptly and process was simple. Drain in bathroom smells really bad but can keep bathroom door closed and it's not a problem.
