Caboolture Motel

the couple running it where very nice. the room is a decent size with the basics which is all you need. good bed. sofa, desk etc. walking distance to some really nice food places and the train station if need. the hospitals are nearby too if you need that reason. the carpark has a heap of cctv cameras too so i wasn't worried about parking my bike. they even had a small selction of chocolates and soft drinks you could purchase at reception and they where cheap. OH and good wifi!

it's near a train line and on the main road. so it can be a little noisy if you're not use to it. But if you want the location then thats the trade off. some of the other guests could learn a lesson in being courtious too but that not the owners fault.

First of all, it was more than expected as I read reviews some said it was noisy with train. It didn’t border me at all actually my husband snores was louder than that hahaha. The room was clean and roomy and well equipped kitchenette, the bed was comfortable. The stuff especially Wendy was very helpful and tried to accommodate my needs . Highly recommend here and I’ll book for next Woodford Folk Festival again.

Slight water leak from the shower onto the bathroom floor which is right in front of wash basin so that I have to be careful not slip when I walk over or wet when I use wash basin.

Clean and comfortable, great location

Unfortunate noise from trains, but couldn't be helped and not too bad. Possibly could have had the exiting the motel unit to the main roads better explained and the side streets with the motel exit to & via Esme ave to Lower King, or Morayfield ave and return to have to go around complex from Esme Ave. to Alfred st to Lower King street for entry access, which we found eventually. Enjoyed our stay there.

We expected an older motel and rooms, but the unit we were in looks like it had been gutted and refitted in the last few years. Very impressed. It is near a rail line with freight trains at all hours, but the noise level was much lower than we expected.

Nothing really. It is on the main street of Caboolture, which was good, but it is also the main road to the local hospital, so there are ambulance sirens. Noticeable, but not too annoying.

This is an older motel with nice old-fashioned, friendly service and a good clean room. Cost was low and the location not too far from Beachmere & Brbie Island for an overnight stop prior to some Real Estate appointments we had so it worked well. The owners were very helpful and supplied a continental brekkie the night before so we didn't have to go looking for anything before attending our appointments.

Nothing was notable as off-putting.

Was a very calm and relaxed experience, the staff were all really nice and helped out with any problems while staying very patient and polite. I would recommend the motel to anyone since it was a very clean and respectful place to stay at.

The water could sometimes take a little time to warm up and food delivery struggled with finding the motel because of its name a lot. The walls aren't the best at keeping sound out as in you can hear couples talking in other rooms next to you.

We liked the ease of getting and leaving the property, it was well centered for our needs. The couple of other clients were friendly and chatted. We were able to park outside our door. The only thing I would have liked was a sheer curtain inside the heavy drapes so we could open the door a bit.

Nothing but do not expect a pool in a setting as it was parell to the road.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Car parking was great. The two bedrooms had plenty of space and the kitchen/dining was very spacious. It had all the basic needs in the kitchen.

The shower door didn't close properly some water got into the bathroom and the non-slip strips in the shower they need to be bigger or replaced with something else. The chairs in the dining room were a little high for a 164cm person and the lounge chair very uncomfortable and hard.

Lots of space in the room. Wendy at Reception was very lovely and welcoming. Lots of things you don't expect like a good range of toiletries in the bathroom, parking was right outside the door and covered, well lit areas.

Not a biggie, more just feedback. The WiFi glitched heaps. Was at anytime of the day.

Room was clean and bed comfortable. A cold draught was coming through under the door which made the room cold in early hours of the morning. Tried to put ac on to warm room but wouldn't turn on and at that hour there was no one to ask how to operate it.

Just the cold breeze under door....there is a big gap between the bottom of door and floor.
