Comfort Inn North Brisbane

We were very happy with our room, everything was fine. Possible a few extra pillows would be nice and slide on the bathroom window as residence at the back can see in the window if light is on. I only mentioned those two things just as a little improvement for comfort. Good value for money we thought and close proximity to the Brisbane Airport. It suited us as it was also proximity to Chermside Shopping Centre which we had to attend the following morning. Would very much stay again and recommend the motel. We like at motel with microwave and kitchen facilities

Nothing really as we thought very comfortable and value for money.

Huge, luxury car parks, right out the front door. I get Ute separation anxiety, being able to see it when I look out the window..the relief, it helps stop the cheese sliding right off my cracker. Great grounds, well maintained. A couple of desks, a sofa and comfy beds. A good hearty sized fridge to hold all the water I bring from my property. Great shower size. Super friendly check in chappy who gave great advice to this country bumpkin for navigating the city. Really enjoyed our 2 night stay.

This motel is in a great spot and we’ve stayed there before. The room is spacious and very clean. The shower has wonderful water pressure. The beds were good and firm, the aircon kept the room warm given it was a cool night. I think there had been a renovation since our previous stay in 2020 and it looked nicer too. We were attending a concert at the Brisbane entertainment centre so very handy.

Really nothing was wrong. The internet was a bit slow but the motel had a solid booking that night so probably a fair few using it.

The room is spacious, even for a standard room. Last time I stayed here, I was given a room with tile floors. The room I stayed in recently, had carpet floors, which was nice! I noticed that they added some touch of plants around the room. The bed is very large and comfy!! I’m surprised how quiet the rooms are, you can’t even hear your neighbours, which is nice! The reception and staff are lovely! There’s a cool restaurant at the place, that I been wanting to try. There is a robot that serves your food! Highly recommend! Such a good price!

It took forever for the hot water to warm up in the showers.

We had a king room. The bed was comfortable. Room clean. Bathroom new and clean. In fact the entire room had been remodelled. The air conditioner was very quiet. We were able to open a window to let fresh air in during the night. The room had a ceiling fan which makes things so much more pleasant. Parking was right outside our room which is convenient. Hats off to the housekeeping staff. They do a very good job.

No screen on the sliding door so we could open it at night. Washing dishes in the bathroom sink does not give me a sense of clean and sanitised no matter how much soap one uses. The only window with a screen was a small one over the bench top but at least we could get some fresh air and feel a bit secure without running the air conditioner all night.

room was really clean and not overly cluttered; bed was nice and comfy, netflix on the TV. Nice and handy just off the highway but you don't hear any traffic noise. We had a Chinese meal in their restaurant, and it was absolutely delicious, chef and staff were very friendly and helpful, meal was very generous. For budget accommodation it is well worth the money. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.

the room had been renovated but the bathroom shower screen was a little old still and the tiles were very slippery. The rest of the room was wonderful. Very spacious, neat and tidy. One light on one side of the bed didn't work but we mentioned this to the man on reception and he said he will look into it straight away. He said that if people don't tell him then they don't know. The restaurant, which was not run by the Comfort in was the best Indian restaurant we have been into for a very very long time. Would recommend this restaurant to anyone...Just the most amazing flavored food. We will definatley be back.

the bathroom was sort of done up but still needs a little work. The sliding door in the shower was old and needs looking at. Also tiles are a bit slippery, but other than that it was ok. no problems really...

The bed was extremely comfortable and facilities were convenient, more than adequate and very clean. The room was larger than I've ever seen in a hotel. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

An extra blanket in the room would have been good (there were two beds but only one spare blanket). I could have called reception to request another blanket but it was late in the evening and as it turns out we didn't need it. Flyscreens on the windows and doors would be great and a lock on the window that allows you to lock it in a slightly open position would also be handy.

The room was so clean and fresh

complicated check in, after paying up front and stipulating check in time...i was contacted approx 6 hours after booking whilst i was driving, alone, on a highway in pitch black and asked for credit card details and /or send photos of credit card...this created undue stress and should of been done by them earlier than 10 mins before closing at 7pm.....something not stipulated on booking.com ...this escalated to them saying i never provided a check in time .....whereas i pointed out they had confirmed my check in time.....

Staff were friendly and helpful any time we interacted with them. Room was spacious and comfortable, with simple kitchen facilities that were sufficient to keep us from needing to go out unless we actually WANTED to. Pool greatly enjoyed by daughter, outdoor table and chairs greatly enjoyed by parents.

Bedside lights only on the grownups bed - not even a table by the single bed. Not really a big issue, though.
