Manuka Park Serviced Apartments

Large, comfortable rooms and excellent location. Walking distance to Kingston/Manuka shops and restaurants and short walk to lake foreshore restaurants and bars. 5 minute drive to major attractions. The pool was great after a day out. Easy onsite parking.

The apartment was clean, well serviced and perfect for us. The location was excellent, car parking was easy, out of hours access great and the teens loved the pool. TV access with Netflix letting us sign into our own accounts was very handy! Could not be better access to Manuka oval if you needed it. Walking distance to supermarket and lots of eateries. Reception were super helpful with after hours access, and with local knowledge!

There was a hiccup with the washing machine, but that wasn’t an issue for us and reception were having it looked into and we were offered an alternative if needed!

Travelling with my elderly mother and my partner, we had a ground floor apartment close to parking so a short walk for mum. Beautiful gardens, outdoor seating in quiet garden areas on both sides of the apartment. The kitchen was generously appointed with everything you could want. The staff were absolutely lovely and I used the beautiful pool several times over our two night stay. Loved having Netflix at night and proximity to Manuka for supplies, cafes and lively restaurants. A very comfortable, cheerful and accomodating stay. Thankyou

Central location to grocery stores, restaurants and coffee shops. We both found the bed very hard and resorted to using the doona and blanket under sheet to soften it, particularly as I have a dodgy back. Only used cleaning once, mid week, and was lovely to come back to fresh towels. Overall very clean and tidy and all you need for a short visit.

Only problem we really encountered was being "parked in" in the undercover carpark by a car and trailer parking across the front of vehicles so we couldn't get. My husband had a appointment at 7.30am and was not able to get our vehicle out and had to arrange alternative transport. All paperwork stated that there was a manager available 24 hours a day but we did not get an answer for about 2 hours. However when made aware of our problem it was rectified quickly and it was Summernats. Also the visitors involved with Summernats were washing their vehicle in the driveway making it impossible to get around to get in a park. They were also tuning/revving engines reasonably late at night and early in the morning.

Great location, walking distance to shops. Comfortable apartment with fully equipped kitchen, washing machine and dryer, comfortable bed and plenty of room for bags and wardrobe space. A great little home away from home. Secure parking onsite also was great.

close to hotel and bottle shop which created some noise on Friday and Saturday nights particularly. Extra charge on top of already pricey accommodation for parking each night. Could have been included. Minor issue, could do with a recycling bin in the apartment to seperate the rubbish.

A very clean good size apartment for the two of us, with a great comfortable bed. Good cooking facilities and likewise for the washing machine and dryer. Being a winter stay, the heating was very efficient and quickly warmed the apartment.

Our apartment was up one level and we found that there was no lighting on the stairway. If the down stair apartments and our apartment had th outside lights on, then there was some vision of the stairs but for older people it's of a struggle. We also thought that the shower rose was lacking a decent spray pattern.

We chose the Manuka/Kingston location being close to a family wedding venue. The Manuka Park Apartments were in a great location within walking distance to shops restaurants as well as 100mtrs from Kingston Hotel. The apartment was clean, with all the facilities available for cooking and laundry if needed, also set in leafy surroundings with a lovely pool area. We enjoyed our stay and do recommend Manuka Park Apartments for your ACT stay.

Car parking not included in our booking with Booking.com we paid extra which is fine but would have been nice to know at time of booking. Fortunately we phoned Manuka Park Apartments a couple of days prior to our arrival and organised our secure parking.

my only criticism is very minor but important to you if you care. The house staff it appears are failing to close the door when inside the bahroom, hence they do no notice the small marks that accumulate behind the door or on the back of the door. When guests are sitting on the toilet they have time to contemplate these minor faults. If this is your only criticism for the weekend then it has been a very succesful one

Check in staff member was lovely. Lots of storage space and heating was effective for the cold Canberra winter. Location was great and the in room laundry/dryer were welcome additions.

Check out staff were quite unfriendly, I don't expect a monologue or anything but it was very "yep, righto". The patio door couldn't lock from the outside, so even though there was an external gate, we had to go through the front door and traverse around the property to leave the area. The kitchen floor didn't seem to have been mopped.

We visit the Kingston/Griffith area regularly and this is by far the best accommodation we have stayed in to-date. Pre-arrival phone call was welcoming and friendly, afterhours check in was quick and easy. Our queen bedroom apartment was spotlessly clean, quiet and comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped for basic cooking. Reception staff were very helpful when we had questions (taxi, car-parking etc). We will definitely stay again!
