Bel Abri Napa Valley Inn

The hotel is very clean, staff very gentle, simple breakfast (takeout)

Although Napa is not a place to visit without a car, the hotel is far from downtown.

Clean room, fluffy towels, responsive heater, comfy bed and pillows, REAL ceramic cups for the in-room coffeemaker. Actual pen & tablet provided, working fireplace, clean working shutters at the windows, ample electrical outlets, functioning alarm clock w/ extra ports, refrigerator WITH cold water, counter w/ mirror outside bathroom, as well as 2nd better lit mirror in the bathroom. Full length mirror mounted on wall. Trolley for luggage was available in the lobby and elevator, too. I used everything! Grab n' go breakfast was better than average. (Warm Egg & sausage muffin and small V-8 juice) I checked in late and everything was very secure. Laminated card that actually explained how to turn on the shower! Bravo!

Just a super picky item: Although a nice rain shower head was provided, the Water pressure was a little low and did not get very hot in the shower, but I'ver certainly had worse!

We ABSOLUTELY loved staying here! What a charming place! Best Anniversary trip ever! The beds were super comfy, the room was very spacious, the fireplace was a nice touch of romance. It was very clean! The breakfast was pretty good, egg frittata, biscuit sandwiches, muffins ect, great selection of drinks and coffee and teas. I really appreciated that the coffee, teas, creamers and purified water were available to everyone 24/7 Wine tasting every night was a great way to start our night off right :) We will definitely come back!

We had a spacious room with air con and fridge. Great for the hot days in August. Showers were good, too. Good breakfast with a bunch of choices in the lobby. Comfortable sitting in the lobby. A complimentary wine tasting was offered. Very nice, good wines!

Bit hard to carry the luggage to the third floor, since the elevator didn't work. But they told us ahead of time and gave the option of free cancelation. Our choice! We did not regret!

Staff were friendly and helpful, suggesting places to eat. Some reviews complained of petty things like "coffeemaker in lobby was too slow, get over that please- it was free and you could have used hot water from the dispenser next to it to be faster. A couple reviews said 'uncomfortable bed', ours was quite nice, not too firm nor too soft. The to-go breakfast ( due to COVID) was surprisingly excellent, many choices of cereals and yogurts and fresh muffins.

Lobby has a very boutique like vibe. Decor is so fun and current. The room was massive - very, very spacious. Large bathroom with double shower and jet tub. The bedroom area was very well designed. Super comfy king size bed, gas fireplace, two fully equipped nightstands, awesome gray velvet couch which appeared to be a pullout queen bed. Absolutely beautiful decor. Just loved it!! Property was very clean both inside and out. Breakfast was offered with freshly baked muffins, yogurt, milk, fruit juices, cereal, fresh fruit, along with a separate coffee/tea station with water cooler. Loved everything about this place. Pam was very helpful and friendly when we checked in.

There wasn't anything I didn't like. A pool or outdoor area would be over the top amazing there. They do have a couple hightop tables near the front door though.

The room was very clean and the staff were very friendly and efficient. The location was great for getting to everywhere we needed to. The wine tasting and bathrobes were a nice addition.

After a long day of doctor appointments I was really looking forward to a bath, but unfortunately the bathtub stopper did not work. The front desk staff checked it but couldn’t get it to work either, so we were given a percentage refund on our room.

Well designed room. Clean, comfortable and spacious with a small seating area. Breakfast had basic takeaway options but good quality. Adequate parking for the size of hotel. Close to Napa and wineries. Would stay again if in the area.

Would have been nice to have some extra amenities on site - spa, jacuzzi etc. Room could do with a desk for anyone needing to work. Temperamental heating - struggled to get the room to a good temperature.

Everything! From the location, to the design, it was a perfect Bed and Breakfast place for us. The rooms were spacious and impeccably clean. They have some wines for happy hour and the breakfast spread was good. I had a quiche and coffee. My husband likes the cereal and orange juice. Overall amazing stay and would love to visit again!

Everything… small with very personable staff. The wine tasting in the afternoons was fun and we enjoyed socializing with other guests. The room was comfortable, clean, and well decorated. The grab and go breakfast was more substantial than it sounds and certainly served our needs. The location worked well for us.. the mile walk to downtown provided good exercise.

A microwave in the room would have been nice, though the one in the lobby wasn’t terribly inconvenient.
