It was quiet and clean, friendly staff. Loved the gaming machines and pool tables, and that they have a carpark. Plenty entertainment on at the weekend.

That children have to leave the bar area by 9pm, its wasn't a problem for our stay as it was a weekday and there was no entertainment on, but I was thinking of going back for a weekend so that after having a day out we would be able to enjoy the entertainment in the bar before heading up to bed.

The room was really good for us for the night, and we had all that needed, the bathroom was relatively good, the cleanliness of the room was also good aswell.

For personal reasons I'd say that due to me overheating too much I would've liked to have a fan/air conditioning to help keep us a bit cooler whilst we slept, and the shower did seem a little smaller for my liking but still usable.

I needed a cheap hotel to stay overnight after a bike ride. I was able to keep my bike in the room. Facilities were basic but for £60 I’m a happy guest. The landlord was very friendly and served a good pint of Guinness. I would be happy to stay again.

curtains were rather thin , certainly not blackout material, but that meant I didn’t need an alarm clock!

I liked location, friendly staff who allowed us to leave our cases as we were half hour early to check in.

Had to ask for towels for the second person staying as only 1 set were left. No bin liner left when bin was emptied or coffee stocked up for stay. Mentioned to staff and all of these were sorted straight away.

the room was a cozy double room with a en suite.. amazing and comfy bed.. plenty of storage.. a nice little TV, tea and coffee facilities.. also the bar is very cheap, pool table, plenty of seating and literally a 30 second walk to the sea front.. I would definitely stay here again.

The price of the room and the space, and that the bar was easily accessible and made for a nice evening before bed. Plenty of books to read, dart board and pool table. Beer was reasonably priced and the room was quiet. Really pleased with it.

I could have used a desk instead of a chest of drawers. The shower was perfectly functional, but would have liked slightly more pressure. Overall the, the room was great value and I was more than happy with it.

The rooms have been refurbished and are very good, clean, comfortable and the beds fine. Very good value for money, the team work hard and it shows! One suggestion, perhaps a blackout lined curtain, or blind for the centre window in room 19 as there is a streetlight right outside - it didn't bother us but some people are a bit fussy! Thanks Lisa & crew, defo stay over again.
