Great hotel, fantastic value for money! Farhana / Hanna at reception was so friendly, welcoming and wonderful - it started off our stay beautifully! The rest followed in similar fashion: the room was delightful, the bed super comfy, and everything very clean and spotless, with bath wash and gel - I needed those :) Check-out time was laid-back and easy of a process, overall really happy with our stay and would definitely visit again!

I was worried about parking but it was very easy. It was perfect for me to go and see my friends from that location as I am familiar with the area. The room was better than I expected, more roomy and the bathroom was great. It was very clean, easy and straightforward to get in and out. The staff was very helpful.

The only thing I didn't like was the water was too hot and I couldn't turn the heat down. The other thing for me was that it was quite slippy in the shower and that is a problem for an older person like myself.

Friendly staff, and since been a good few times, they didn't ask for a deposit. Rooms simple but clean.

No toilet roll in bathroom and toilet roll holder broken. There is no TV in the bedroom and only the lounge but there is a bracket for TV in the bedroom. Also cost me £101 for the executive room that would have cost me £69 the previous weekend.

Room was compact. Everything within reach. Clean and fresh surroundings. Fan provided. Iron on request. Single bed was comfortable. Tea making facilities welcome and appreciated with extra supplies given!

Shower door was a little cramped, it did not open fully to get into the shower. There was no non-slip shower mat in the shower. I was not aware that there was no food provided and would have brought a snack with me initially.

I've stayed in some AirB&B's and other budget hotels in the area, all providing rooms for the same price and found this one to be on a par with hotels that charge far more. It's not perfect but has those important qualities you need when away - heat, cleanliness and staff that seem to want you to stay and make you feel valued. Thank you.

Some minor maintenance issues.

Good shower, a bit rusty here and there but all’s usable and functioning well. Nice bed sheets and perfect towels. Fridge is not cooling at all but good kettle and microwave. Great tv with lots of channels including YouTube and Netflix. Also has nice shampoos

Nice well-kept place, friendly staff, very good value for money. I've stopped at some similarly priced places which were not up to this standard, this place and the room were at a level of more expensive locations.

Lack of onsite parking. A nearby street is ok and out of my stay here so far, I've managed to get a space but surely some agreement could be made on the parking just behind the hotel?

It was really easy to find and we were able to book it last minute because of unforeseen incidents that led us to being stuck in leicester for the weekend with no room . the receptionist that we met was really kind and helpful to us. the location was good as it wasn’t far from the city centre and the room in itself was clean and really tidy. the hotel was quiet and all in all very comfortable to be in. really enjoyed our last minute stay !!

there wasn’t a lot that i disliked about the place if anything but if i had to choose one, it’s a very minor detail and really not that big of a deal but with the tea and coffee despite there being two cups there werent two teaspoons but again VERRRRY minor detail

Compared to other similar priced local hotels this one is by far the best and way above the (lack of) quality at the others, including the friendliness of the staff.

Slight - some rooms have at least one thing not quite right - missing bulb, broken tile, wonky shower head but these are very minor and to be expected when staying in a budget hotel.

Was very surprised how nice the rooms was. Stayed there before but not for few year's and cant remember the rooms being that nice and very comfy. Receptionist was very helpful.

Just a pity they dont have a car park. Also on the website it says about a cafe that will be opening soon, but when speaking to people they say its been saying that for several months???
