Ras Al Khaimah Hotel

Awtar Restaurant - Buffet style breakfast had a good selection of hot and cold foods and excellent coffee. The evening buffet also had a good selection of hot and cold dishes with an eat as much as you like policy. location was good, hotel was easy to find and in quiet surroundings with no traffic noise at night. Swimming pool was clean with lifeguards in attendance at all times. The Shahrazad restaurant is great value with excellent staff and Arabic entertainment, the shisha was also very good.

Water from shower cubical leaked out into the main bathroom area but I can't fault the hotel for this problem as I have found the same problem with many hotels in many countries I have visited. It is a design problem and nothing the hotel can do about.

Mr sultan in reception is very helpful and smiling Welcome us & helped us a lot Many many thanks mr Sultan who helped to celebrate my daughter birthday , towel design on bed and I ordered big cake for only aed 60 dhs it was amazing 🙏 All staff are helpful and amazing Pool is good, close to manar mall which is very big mall with all shopping, Carrefour and also big play area for kids

I love the staff and their service. They were helpful as we didnt like the initially book room standard. They upgraded us and were just exaple of good service.

Some of the standard rooms have lover quality thrn expected.

Almost everything! Location was good. Exceptionally clean and fresh smelling everywhere which was unexpected due to being an older property. Nice view from room window. Soundproof. Staff were very nice and friendly from check in to check out. Responded almost immediately to our few needs. Restaurant food was very good. Staff were helpful, always smiling and busy. Rejina and Bahawama took care of us and were friendly. Nice clean exercise room and different inside and outside sports facilities. Pool looked good but too cold for me to use this time. Excellent happy ending services at the spa! Many places to sit inside lobby, outside in front and by play areas.

We had a relaxed time we were there over the weekend in RAK hotel. As it was my wife birthday I have requested them for a room decoration . They have made and smile and sweet decoration and it was very much liked by my wife. Thank you for that . Breakfast and the sports facilities were good .

this is second time we book in this hotel, and again for the second time we got free upgrade, plus this time as we stayed for one week, we noticed the heat insulation is amazing, the room stays cool even after long time the ac is off

Loved staying at the hotel. good treatment. Especially Mr. Sultan, his treatment of the guests is really very wonderful. I recommend staying in a quiet hotel.
