Excellent second line hotel, perfectly located for relaxation. The most important plus is that the hotel does not require a credit card when booking through BookinCom; payment on the spot in cash or by credit card. Great room, great friendly staff always ready to help. Hotel rooms are two-room and contain a kitchen. There are a couple of shops 700 meters away. But you don’t have to go there; you can order everything through the reception or the store’s WhatsApp, and they’ll deliver it straight to your room for free. The only choice in the store is limited, but you can probably order from other stores as well. Well, basically, it takes 15 minutes by taxi to the largest mall in the city, Monar Mall. The hotel itself has a decent pool, the city beach is nearby, but it is almost wild. But I advise you to use the service - buy a voucher from the hotel to visit the beach of the Hilton hotel located across the road, where, according to the voucher, you will be given beach towels, the right to use sun loungers and umbrellas, and 7 pools, one of which is with salt water, the rest are fresh. For food: we took breakfast and dinner. Well, what can I say, the food is delicious, but monotonous, there are two breakfast options to choose from and 5-7 dinner options, so you might get bored after two weeks. But the hotel restaurant also works as a regular restaurant with a wide selection of dishes, but this costs extra money, there is also a Czech bar, there are no other food outlets within walking distance.

The air conditioner works strangely. When the temperature is set to 20°C, it either overheats the room to 21 or overcools it to 19. In addition, it is noisy, it still needs to be better maintained. I would also recommend: in the bedroom the air conditioner (well, at least in our room) has two windows, one of which blows directly on the head of the bed. It would be better to close this window completely so that the air conditioner would only blow along the far wall from the bed. Otherwise, you might catch a cold.

Nice cozy suites/hotel prominantly located across Hilton Hotel, with public beach access of 7 min walk across the road around Hilton which is very convenient. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. Puja at front desk is very helpful, friendly, attentive to our needs and queries. Her professionalism is highly commendable, which made our stay here so pleasant.

The common women's toilet in lobby was dirty both times I used. The walls between rooms may be thin (not so sound proof?), as we heard snoring noise from next room "neighbour" from 11pm till 7am, our check out time! Definitely not the hotel's fault to have such loud snorer checked in next to our room, but it was unfortunate for us the noise was so audible through the night.

Very nice people. We really loved them, very friendly. The pool is good enough, there are not so many people. No problems with sunbeds. Lifeguard are very friendly. city taxi is always on the opposite side of the street, there is no need to wait a taxi. Very convinient for a big family. We have 2 bedrooms, two bathrooms and a toilet, and also a kitchen with living room, we cook a lot. 5 km to Carrefour or 15 dhs on taxi, public beach is 500m. very nice checz pub on the ground floor, very tasty.

In the many hotels that i have stayed in the UAE, this is the only hotel where any request was delt within 2 to 3 minutes,. Had the pleasure of dealing with Mr. Hasan Khalid, a very professional and polite manager who handled our booking our check out very well, he ensured that our stay was up to the highest standards. The pool was amazing and the life guard and coach were very polite and were helpfull. A perfect family getway and a wonderful experience. Cant wait to go back again.

The Hotel is good value for money, has all you need, pool sauna and a bar next door with lovely staff. The restaurant is excellent, top quality Indian food. Only negative is that there is not much else around apart from the beach and the Hilton resort which I didn't use.

Long way frm the bus, you have to get a taxi

We are a family of four adults and two children. We were very pleased with the setup of our apartment/room as everyone was comfortable. The location of the pool in regards to the apartment was terrific and so was the accessibility to the garage. Staff was super gracious and very welcoming.

The hotel needs some upgrades especially when it comes to quality of curtains, furniture, and the cabinets. Curtain liners had holes in them and the furniture was rather worn. Kitchen cabinets are definitely worn and need to be replaced or refurbished.

Everthing was fantastic...i enjoyed satying in this hotel...the ambition of the room was wonderful, and beside that we feel home and the receptionist was very nice and curisity to know how was our stay going on..and they extend our check out which was very nice of them...i would like to visit again...thank you mughal suites team for maiking our stay wonderful..

The swimming pool was a bit dirty

The property is little old but still they maintained well

The pool timings need to be extend. Currently the pool were available from 9 to 6, but if it's extend then we can use the pool effectively. The satellite TV facility has to be increased with more channels and the TV is not user friendly

The reception and staff are so helpful. They made our stay so special. Satisfied all our needs. The rooms are beautiful with separate lounge and dining area with large TV and balcony. The kitchen has full facilities for cooking, warming, freezing and chilling. Full cutlery and other cooking utensils are in the kitchen as well. We were provided with fresh water, coffee, tea, sugar and milk on a daily basis. The shop on the premises has everything you need at normal UAE prices. They have a beautiful swimming pool which we made full use of early morning and afternoons to avoid the sun. The hotel offers free use of the sauna and gym which we also made us of. The bedrooms are sound proof with a television and cupboards for.your clothes. Beautiful bedrooms. Opposite the hotel is the Hilton Hotel IF you want to swim in their pools at a reduced cost. You would gain in access to the private beach and 7 swimming pools....we did not use it because Mughal Suites was sufficient for us.

The stay was too short....Can't wait for a return to Mughal Suites. Love it.

The TELEVISION is a very old. That was not smart TV. I didn't enjoy the TV channels and watching TV. That was really boring. In this year, 2024, I could kot imagine a room that too in UAE without WiFi and Did not have any INDIAN channels or popular or least viewed Western channels.
