Radisson Resort Ras Al Khaimah Marjan Island

Overall had a great experience. Location, Food Choices, & Rooms were superb with a pretty good view of the sea. 3 Pools with private beach access was definitely a plus and well maintained. It is definitely worth a visit!

The housekeeping staff should have good telephone etiquette, and proper training should be given to the staff. They seemed least interested in answering the call, and service was okay. Customer Service could be improved as I felt it was not on par with the high standard set by Radisson.

The whole hotel team was exceptionally welcoming, big thanks to May, Jerrita and Deepak from the front office, security and bell boy were always happy to assist, we had an amazing dinner at the restaurant both food and service were amazing(thanks to Abubakir for the great service), we got a room with a sea view which was a lovely unexpected thing, the room was quite spacious, very clean and cosy. We will definitely come for staycation again, you guys are keeping the highest standards, well done! wishing your hotel a smooth run!

The staff is friendly and helpful. The food is good. Dishes in the main restaurant are tasty and there is a big variety of them. Cleaning everywhere and especially in the rooms is superb. In most hotels the cleaners do not like to wipe the floor. But it does not refer to this hotel. Swimming pools are perfect. As a whole the hotel almost meets the criteria price - quality.

On the beach sunbeds are too close to each other. You lie on it at the distance of 20-30 sm from other person. It would be better to fix up more sun umbrellas and move some sunbeds under them to make it comfortable for the guests of the hotel. Unfortunately, the hotel seemed a little overcrowded. If you are a young couple you should know that it is mostly family hotel with plenty of children of different age. So it is very noisy there.

During my stay at Radisson Blu on Marjan Island, I was thoroughly impressed with the experience. The room, particularly the one with a balcony, was exceptionally spacious, providing a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. The breakfast options showcased a delightful variety of food, catering to different preferences and ensuring a satisfying start to each day. Overall, the Radisson Blu at Marjan Island provided a memorable and enjoyable stay, combining excellent accommodations with fantastic amenities.

While my stay at Radisson Blu on Marjan Island had several positive aspects, it's important to note that the beach could be improved in terms of cleanliness and infrastructure. The beach facilities seemed to lack meticulous maintenance, and there was room for enhancement in terms of construction to better cater to visitors' needs. Despite these concerns, the overall experience was satisfactory, but attention to the beach quality could significantly elevate the hotel's appeal.

Ideal position on Marjan Island. Two beautiful pools plus a children's play pool . Rooms spacious and clean our room had a balcony overlooking the sea ideal. Main restaurant serves buffet food which was varied and fresh . Staff in restaurant helpful and friendly Two other restaurants on site so ideal if staying for more than one night to have a change from the buffet Ideal for families

Lack of pool & beach towels on site . Towels stand near beach ran out quite quickly but not restocked sometimes up to 30-40 min wait. Also all towels need replacing as some were threadbare ! People were reserving sun beds in best spots very early mornings even though signs around quite clearly stated no reserving of sun beds . Staff didn't seem bothered about this . On saying that sun beds were plentiful on site but annoying when some people abide by rules but others don't and get away with it just for the best spots

Really comfy bed. Spacious room with balcony and sea view. Breakfast was fine - plenty selection. Buffer dinner and La Med restaurant good. Sports bar good too with nice outdoor seated area. Staff were fantastic - so helpful and pleasant at all times. Nothing was too much trouble.

Shower could’ve been better. Temp didn’t stay constant which was annoying. Location-wise, the hotel is on the beach which is good. There isn’t much to do around the hotel as the area itself is a work in progress. Lots of building work taking place. There is a nice walk and jogging path close by and this has been done nicely. The resort will be fantastic once finished.

Smoking smell in corridors.

Most of staff was amazing there and the lady who did our check in was so friendly and she aswell upgraded our room, honestly i was expecting room with balcony but when I reach in Rak didn’t realize the weather it’s so cold 😅 and the lady give us a better room with leaving room in higher floor instead of balcony which feel so much better for us 🥰🥰

Had a couple 1 Hour Massage on Sunday 4th Feb’24 at 10.50pm at The River Spa was completely made our whole happy stay turn into nightmare, the lady who did massage to Rayan was completely questionable??? she was clearly not a professional therapist, she remove his short when He was lay down on the bed without asking permission or informing and slightly touched his private area SEVERAL times which is so confusing and make him freeze, he was feeling so uncomfortable at the same time confuse as it’s his first time ever having massage, he was very sad to inform me but at the same time he feel heavy to kept in his mind without telling me, honestly as a partner I totally regretted to force him having a massage bcs I never tough such of crazy behavior is happened in 5* Hotel spa 🙃🥲 💔

From get go this was a excellent Resort in a very beautiful island. Exceptionally beautiful Sunrise and Sunsets right across the resort which makes it very nice to unwind very clean beach, clean rooms. Front Office Mr. Adhil took very good care of us and infact arranged everything at earliest possible to make our stay comfortable. Rest of the staff has been exceptional in their service, friendly and very attentive. Balcony Rooms are nice to sit down and enjoy the views at peace as well if you prefer a private space.

Only con would be a wide style of menu for Breakfast would have been appreciated since we stayed for few days and food was great but the menu was pretty much the same throughout.
