Neuhaus Golf- & Strandhotel

Great location, fairy tale location, good break fast and lovely room. I enjoyed a lot. Near Thun lake looks amazing. Recommends everyone to stay there if you want good breakfast with lovely view. Bus pass has been provided us to Interlaken OST & Interlaken West. Nice...i will come again.

Twin beds instead of a queen one for a couple

The location is just near to the ship station, but because of my own schedule, I had no time to take the cruise, it is just near the lake and the price is reasonable, even through you need to take the bus to get there, but it is acceptable.The room is very clean and quiet. My room is a small one and because I booked not very early, I don't have many other choices with the same price. Breakfast is almost the same each day when I stayed, but it was fresh and tasty.

The room seems like a loft and I don't like declining ceiling and I hope they could provide more than one pillow, because I would go outside early in the morning and go back late in the night, and I could only use the blanket as the second pilllow.

Hands down the nicest place I've been to in my travels abroad so far. The location was beautiful - my room had a wonderful view of the lake and mountains. The staff were really nice, and the restaurant staff were extremely lovely and accommodating - I felt very well taken cared of every time I ate there. The room was nice and very clean. The wooden floors and overall room aesthetics gave it a very comfortable, rustic feel. Tap water was potable and you have a kettle and fridge. As it is away from the town, it isn't as crowded or touristy, and you can sit by the lake and admire the view and bask in nature's tranquility. I visited in early spring, so I don't know how busy it gets during summertime with all the water activities.

The hotel is located a ways away from the center of Interlaken, something that you need to take into account before booking or planning excursions. The bus that directly passes by the hotel only comes once every hour. Not a deal breaker for me, as you have other means to get to Interlaken Ost or West - walking, renting bikes or taking a taxi.

Probably the best location in Interlaken. The view of the lake with the mountains in the background was picturesque and peaceful at the same time. The bus stop is right outside the hotel which was ideal. The breakfast had quite some good options

The waiters working in the restaurant were quite rasict to me and my family. They were howling remarks to us about being Indians and how we litter the place whereas we were nothing like that. I was quite aggressive after this (who wouldn't). Note that the lady at the entrance to the hotel was kind and sweet to us but the waiters were very rasict Moreover the place doesn't have any elevator. So keep that in mind if you are planning on bringing heaps of luggage to this hotel.

-No elevator, ha to carry heavy luggage 2 floors -not the friendliest staff (not all) one made it a bit obvious he was talking about my partner and I with a fellow waiter.. pretty rude

The view was amazing, accessibility to the city center was great, food was good in both the breakfast buffet and dinner service! Housekeeping people saved us from carrying our heavy luggages from the ground to third floor. We also left one credit card and they made us feel secure and offered to destroy it upon blocking.

They still don't have an elevator and it was a bit difficult to ask for help at the reception. It was good timing with housekeeping that saved us on transporting our luggages when we arrived. I think an elevator would benefit not only the guests but also property staff so that they can easily transport heavy things like bed linens to higher floors.

The location is suuuuuper great and you will never have such a location anywhere else. The activities around the place, you can do so many activities. Breakfast was super great comparison to other places in Europe. Staff were so nice except the lady on the reception. We asked her for some tourist spots, she grabbed some leaflets and put them in front of us without giving us more information except that cycling in the center so go and find out by yourself. On checkout we encountered with the guy on reception who was super nice and gentle. Thanks to him for his good attitude. The place is Super clean, we don't have even a point on them. Parking is for free and it was huge

As I mentioned earlier some staff ruins your whole trip but anyway the rest were super nice and helpful. In the activities section of the property it's mentioned that cycling is there but unfortunately it's not available. The place doesn't have any elevator so for those who comes with big bags this place is not made for you unless you are ready to break your back. No one helped us carry luggages because we are in Europe not in Middle East :) The place is old but super super suuuper clean which is great thing and this means that cleaning team is doing their job properly but a little renovation will make big difference.

The location right on the lake was stunning. The close vicinity to the town and bus/train was great. Great parking if you have a car. Breakfast was basic but enough. Lots of bread options

The beds were quite uncomfortable as were the very thin pillows. I. To a fan of a shower curtain as it lets lots of water spill and sticks to you when showering but that’s not a big issue. I was very disappointed that I booked 4 months in advance and requested twin beds but my request wasn’t given.

The view was so mesmerizing...and awesome breakfast
