the location is close to the train station, about 5-10mins walk (close but not too close) and its near shops, coop grocery store where we get our supplies to cook. the kitchen is fully equipped to cook small meals, they even have a fondue set which we just realized on the last day there. staff was attentive, we even booked a paragliding activity through them and get a little discount. all in all we would stay here again.

a bit far from the train station, bus only come once per hour, but luckily the hotel provide shuttle bus for 10chf to pick us up from the train station with plenty of luggage.

Room was ok, quiet in the night since is not in the center of interlaken but very close to interlaken west train station. Beautiful garden with a view with tables and seats to dinner there, kitchen available outside breakfast hours, and great breakfast. We were also able to let our baggage there before checkin time and go for excursion. Check-in check-out was efficient, with good communication with the property, and they also provided us discounts for a local activity.

The bed was fair, sort of trundle bed, but thanks to that there is more space in the room. Small bathroom but serves its purpose. We travel with small bag packs so maybe is better avoid large suitcases.

Sylvia went out of her way to assist us with a couple of requests for which we were very grateful. The accommodation, room five, was spacious with a lovely patio and mountain views. The bathrooms are small, but that is a common feature in European accommodations. Breakfast was always excellent and healthy. The fresh bread was superb. The fresh fruit left over from breakfast was always available during the say to guests, a very generous treat. Tea and coffee ma,img facilities were available 24/7, and each floor had a small communal fridge, but please don't hog it like some guests did. Together into town and many close restaurants was literally a 4 to 5 minute walk. There are plenty of parking spaces available to those with a vehicle. There are stairs but not too many. We really did love our stay here, and we were sad to leave. I am so pleased we visited Interlarken. This entire region is beautiful

The guest house is a ideal position in Interlaken to get to everywhere you need to go, room No 2 overlooks the Joungfru with magnificent views.the staff are great and attentive, breakfast was great a nice mix to choose from. Everything is clean and well looked after. There is a lovely seating area in the back garden overlooking the pond was has frogs and fish is lovely to sit out there in the afternoon. Thank you to Sylvia and hellena for helping us have a great stay.

The only thing would be I could hear water in the drains from up stairs, it didn't really bother us, no different from other places we have stayed in.

Excellent location close to train station (walk in 5 minutes) and many shops, but in a quiet area. Easy self check in process with clear communication from staff. High quality breakfast items. Hot drinks area in the hallway. We used the breakfast area to eat our evening meal (bought from nearby supermarket). Great shower pressure in bathroom. Room was very spacious and it was lovely to stay in a traditional Swiss chalet. Staff gave us a bus ticket valid for our stay which we got a lot of use out of. Price was good value compared to other options in Interlaken. Multiple different language channels on the TV.

Great staff, Sylvia is most welcoming and helpful, can give a lot of advice regarding activities in the area. Location is central but very quiet, quite close to the old town and to many restaurants. Room is quite large and comfortable, great porch with fantastic view. Laundry service is available at a very decent cost, Laundry is dry and ready at the same day. We had a really nice stay!

Shower in our room (6) is quite small, sink is actually outside it, in the room itself, which maybe inconvenient for some. Toilet seat is very low, actually fit for little kids. May be inconvenient for adults with hip/knee issues, but was OK for us. Curtains are only semi opaque, so light enters the room early in the morning.

I loved everything! It’s a short walk from the Interlaken West station, and try to get the room with a private bathroom and balcony. It was such a treat to wake up to mountain views every day! The staff was so friendly and they also have a laundry service for a minimal fee where they wash and fold your laundry, and place into your room when done. We dropped off laundry before we left for the day and it was there already for us when we came back! Breakfast is the typical meat, cheese, bread, and eggs that we got in most Swiss hotels, but they also had a great espresso machine as well.

There was a bit of a smell in our room but we couldn’t really tell what it was. It’s not a big deal since we could air it out by opening a window. We also had a few ants in the bathroom, but we are in the mountains and they only showed up one day. Lastly, the shower water gets everywhere but also not a big deal. These were all very minimal but thought I’d note them for future residents.

The Adventure Guesthouse was perfect for our stay. I took a group of friends for their first time visit to Switzerland. I chose the Adventure Guesthouse because it was an actual house tucked away in a quiet neighborhood in Unterseen, yet close to all the convenience of Interlaken. It's a brisk 5 minute walk from the Interlaken West train station, but we always took more time because it was so much fun to admire the gardens of the neighborhood and peek in the shop windows as we went into town. The rooms were immaculately clean, the beds comfy, the bathrooms large, and some of our rooms had a balcony overlooking the garden (complete with Koi pond) and a beautiful view of the Jungfrau. Even the single rooms were spacious. All rooms had a nice sized floor fan which was welcomed and some rooms had a fridge. Breakfast was served in a nice sunny room downstairs and was a nice offering of meat, cheese, bread, jogurt, coffee, milk, and juice. We were even served bread fresh out of the oven! My friends appreciated the table with kettle and coffee on each floor. It was fun to walk around the neighborhood and visit the Aldstadt (old town), bakeries, and nearby Coop grocery, escaping all the busyness of Interlaken, yet Interlaken was an 8 minute walk away. The room rates were a superb value. Property pictures were an accurate representation. It was easy to communicate with our host via Booking.com to make arrangements for our arrival. She was most accommodating!

The location is a bit away from the main street, which is perfect for noise during the night not as much as other more centrally located spots. But, the view of the mountains were amazing! Cannot be expressed enough. The water pressure was excellent for a place with so many bathrooms. I liked the self-service options for sodas on the groundfloor, didn't use it, but nice option. Breakfast was simple fare, but extensive options! Lovely location, I hope to go back!
