It’s a clean facility in a quiet location. The front desk service from Roberto was outstanding! Our luggage was delayed and didn’t arrive with us in our flight, so Roberto was very accommodating with information, toiletries, specific locations for food and clothing. Morning breakfast was delicious to our liking and inexpensive. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit!

The only thing to point out was that the air conditioning in our room was having issues during our last day, but we managed. The bed was a little hard but it too was manageable.

The duty manager on reception was warm, friendly, helpful and professional. We arrived on Spain's national day official holiday and the restaurant was closed. We hadn't been warned about this and had to make other arrangements. She gave us restaurant recommendations and helped us get drinks and snacks while she was busy with other guests presumably in the same position but managed us all cheerfully and efficiently. She arranged with the restaurant manager for us to eat breakfast with our dog in a separate room. Thank you!

We could have made other arrangements if we had been forewarned about the restaurant closure for the national holiday. There was broken glass not far from the entrance which we had to avoid arriving with a dog, though we appreciated that there were fewer staff working the holiday.

We went for a junior suite and were very impressed. We used the car park just down the road (other side of the Junta) which is very close and free. Valladolid very much exceeded expectations - it is elegant and classy with some impressive architecture that is good to compare with other Spanish cities that have more of a reputation as go-to destinations.

Minor quibble. We asked for a map and directions into the city centre, which should be a 15-minute walk. We clearly hadn't understood the explanation as we set off in the wrong direction and it was only on the way back from the city centre for the second time that we finally worked out what was meant.

Everything was very clean. The room was very spacious and the hotel just 15 minutes walk from the centre, in a quiet residential area. There are also good bars and restaurants close by. I used live in this area so I had good reasons for choosing this hotel and (apart from the minibar!) would have no hesitation in recommending it.

Somewhat disconcerted to find minibar extras on the bill (water, nuts and biscuits) when there was no price list or anything to indicate that there was a charge for these items. There was a QR code attached, but if you don't have a reader, it is useless. Chargeable items should be clearly visible.

When I made my reservation via Booking.com app I stated in the comments section that we needed connecting rooms for the kids.mto my surprise, the hotel never got the message, nor does it have any connecting rooms. Lucky for us, the manager made arrangements for a junior suite that shares a private corridor with a single room for us. We had to pay additional for the junior suite, but it worked out. I was disappointed that the hotel never received the message.

We spent only one night while travelling through Spain. Room was very spacious, quiet, super clean, and quality of the mattress was top (we slept like children for the first time in 2 weeks!) . The indoor hotel parking allows you to keep your car fresh during the hottest days, otherwise you have a nice free parking just around the corner. Very quiet location, close to many facilities. Last but not least, the hotel's staff is awesome!!

garage was too small and restaurant was not open after breakfast, even if hotel was full. I understand that it’s not busy season but it was bad business thinking from hotel to keep restaurant closed from dinner while there was a huge dog show in Feria center.

The room was good and quiet, clean and tidy. The bathroom was well supplied with everything required. The hotel location was very good. The hotel had free underground parking. Breakfast was self-service and of good quality.

The bed had lot of covers which provided for an uncomfortable bed

Nice location, clean room and comfortable. Parking was expensive at the actual hotel but here is free parking next door during certain times.

Staff could have been friendlier.

Dust bunnies on the floor, air conditioning didn't cool room (yes, we closed the west facing curtains in the afternoon to help). Location didn't suit our activities in Valladolid (our fault for booking that location).
