Some of the food at the brunch was the cheapest available (jams, nutella which are just sweet and no other taste). The food that should be warm (eggs, sausages...) were not kept warm

The hotel location is very good, not so far from the sea, just about 15-20 min by walk. It's very near to the city centre. The wiew from 8 floor was very nice to the sea. The food was good for breakfast, just menu it's all the time the same. But for the price which you pay for the room and food it's ok. I would like to go back to this hotel anyway and recommend it for the friends.

There is no fridge in the room which for the hot weather it's necessary. And the staff like plumbers it's coming in your room without any notice even if you are out. I didn't like this. The cleaning stuff was very nice and polite. Just in the morning, when they clean the other rooms and move the beds, it's very noisy.

Good bathroom, bedding, towels etc. clean and fresh. Breakfast/brunch great idea, means we could get up a bit later than usual. Amount and variety of food brilliant. Excellent fried and scrambled eggs. Hotel very spacious, not crowded even when busy. All staff, reception and cleaning staff, friendly and helpful.

The pool, on the first floor, was a bit small for amount of visitors. Not many sun beds on that level near the pool and the level above, where there could have been more beds, only had about 6 and no sun brollies. So didn’t get to use either. The beach, which was excellent for shops, restaurants and sun beds can only be accessed by quite a few steps down, and back. Finally they don’t do tea. Nothing in the room. There is a hot water boiler and a tea bag at breakfast but I had to put milk in a cup and spoon into the tea. Very small cups and no jugs. Recommend that they rent a kettle at the start of the holiday which is returned at the end. It is done this way with pool towels. Really, really missed our tea.

Overall I have really enjoyed my stay. Food was brilliant so many selections, staff was amazingly kind and helpful. Pool was okay, it could have been bigger for the size of the hotel, but I had no issues whatsoever. Enjoyed sunbathing as well. Bar staff was great, loved the 5pm-7pm happy hours on cocktails.

One thing I have to mention, I couldn’t sleep well for 5 nights. The walls are so so thin, you can hear honestly EVERYTHING from each of the sides. It was really loud as well, it must have been the acoustic of the whole building, but gosh it was honestly horrible. This is the one and only thing as a negative thing, otherwise I have enjoyed my stay and I would go back if they soundproof the rooms.

Its nice because its close to everything..the entrance reception is good..the breakfast is good the only thing is it has few fruits and sweets..

It seems that the housekeeping not cleaning so well because the terrace not even sweep the bathroom still a lot of hair the door glass in the terrace not clean i guess for 4 days because the thumbmark didnt remove and you can see it so bad

Its location in city center, Highly hygienic rooms and bathroom and lightness. All staff from different sections were exceptionally polite and helpful. The unlimited brunch was another excellent and unique feature of this hotel. Airconditioning system was very well maintained and creating a comfortable atmosphere in the heat of the day. Very powerful internet signal receptions in the room ( second floor ) , lobbies and Restaurant.

The size of the swimming pool was too small.

The hotel was spotless and the staff friendly. Breakfast was nice and it's 2 minutes walk to anything you could need.

We would have appreciated a kettle etc in the room. Please be aware there's no laundrette in the hotel, but there's one literally 2 mins walk away which was cheap and clean. We didn't like going home. The view wasn't amazing but it was peaceful

The tv was just spainish stations,but managed to chrome cast netflix from my phone to tv.could have a small kettle for hot water for a cup of tea or coffee in room ,but this didn’t still stop enjoying the hotel experience

The commentary said no WiFi, but Wifi was fine and fast enough. The balcony chair was good for the desk and work in the room! Shower worked Nice balcony and movable desk Everything is new and building work still going on, like new projects. Cool coffee machine near the elevators

I had no expectations, so was ok. Online app was not anything extra My door looked like it had been broken open before. At handle hight a piece of wood was missing. What happened there?
