Everything. The room was nice, cleaning good., food nice. Staff is very professional. Specially reception. There was some issue ( it was very big, noise on the floor 8 ). Reception reacted immediately .Thank you.

Noise from sport Group's.. It's not acceptable. The last 2 nights were night mare.i think this type of Group's needs to be put separately .Just give them a few floors, that it. People are coming to relax, but not to be stressed from them (shouting, very loud music in the corridor, knocking on my door early in the morning, (may they probably mixed up up the doors, i dont know) Pannel from the wall was taken off /broken, i saw in the morning. What is that ??? All was good , but the last two nights were stressful , And I was without sleep at all. I'm really disappointed.

We loved the hotel, we booked it as a cheap weekend get away in the winter and it was great, we only paid approx 60 per night and we had a sea view, the balcony was huge compared to some that we have recently stayed in. It had a mini fridge and a TV, I'd recommend bringing a firestick or chrome cast as the channel choices are poor. Hotel was clean except for the men's toilets in the reception area, we used the pool facilities, bar and restaurant which were all fine and as expected as per pictures. We did have a privacy violation on our last day which was disappointing, a staff member walked into our room which had a do not disturb sign on the door. Other then that incident which we didn't address the whole stay went as expected. I would advise to bring ear plugs as sound really travels in the complex by night. I also liked the that the vending machines down near the lobby sold everything you could possibly need from a pharmacy, it was very convenient.

As above, we has a privacy violation in our room where a member of staff let them self in even though there was a do not disturb sign on the door. I'd recommend bringing ear plugs which we did, they also sell them in a vending machine. As sound travels a lot through the floors of the bedrooms

the resort is exceptionally big, with various different activities and services whilst we chose not to make use of them it was nice to know they were there. .

somewhat a struggle to get a subbed due to the amount of guests at the resort. we had full board and we only found one halal option in all five days, the food quality was not great or outstanding although there was a large selection of dishes. even though we had full board we went out to eat which was a waste of money.

Pool areas. Very kids friendly. Nice staff. Nice bathrooms. Super close to the beach.

The breakfast is a bit on the fatty side...could increase the offer with fresh fruits, organics or gluten free. Very noisy neighboor tennis courts late at night. Could improve energy efficiency with less lights in the hotel common areas. The Halloween thing was a bit excessive for those like us not so thrilled by the presence of death around us.

Fantastic location. Great facilities : swimming pools, restaurants, arcade… you can’t get bored. It’s literally by the beach so this is excellent too. Lots of restaurants and activities around. The room was very clean.

The pillows were not great. Also the bathroom had a smell, like an old pipe smell. This has to be something from the building because other than that the whole room was spotless and we received a daily cleaning even though we were leaving the room quite late.

Pools are amazing with two massive big pools and two kids pools and constant entertainment happening, there was a great atmosphere at all times. The pool bar was busy but plenty of staff so you didn't have to wait long for a drink. The indoor arcade was excellent and was a great source of entertainment for us all! We stayed here 8 years ago and came back with our two children this year and the quality of the hotel has only improved in that time. There is an ice cream bar open all day and a kiddies disco every night with a candy floss and sweet stand, we were very pleased with every aspect of our experience here.

we enjoyed our stay, room was comfortable, beds great and pillows and bedding good plenty of storage, bathroom was a bit hit and miss, the shower didn’t work on our first night, but was repaired. broken floor tiles. nice balcony. and sea view room. food was good the staff were all very nice

car parking charge disgraceful. 82 channels on the tv and nothing in English ( needed for a stay in January ) only 1 socket in the room, totally not enough in this day a lot of groups of sports people ( over 500 we were told ) all trying to get in the dining room at the same time ! not great for a 4* hotel. they were no problem, but should have had a separate time maybe ?

Great staff, very clean, food was good with great options for kids (though not very Spanish), lovely room (we splurged on a junior suite). Plenty of activity options and fun evenings! Loved the location with a wonderful beach across a small road and plenty of good restaurants nearby. Appreciated the pool towels and flip-flops! Also appreciated that as half-board you could pay to eat all meals in the restaurant if you wished. Kids club is a great idea but felt the younger kids had more activity options - kids in the 9-12 range had more sports (like water basketball) - felt there could have been more organized games for less sporty girls in this age group. They did organize a really fun evening activity which the kids loved! Also it's not so easy to find pool beds with shade in the morning. But there were plenty at the beach (for 6 euro) and more pool beds come available in the afternoon. So we did beach, lunch, then siesta and pool around 4pm. Perfect!

Loved the pool areas lots of room, rooms were spotless and a good size with a good view. Staff were really lovely and helpful. Location was amazing right at the beach and local shops for your own snacks etc! Lots of arcade games indoors too for children with laser tag for an extra charge.we went in April so quiet season.

entertainment at night for the children was only 30 mins and then something else after for 30 mins more aimed at adults and that was that for hotel entertainment. Overall that was my only complaint.
