Hotel Natursun

great location, one block from beach and boulevard. good bed and shower in good size room with balcony and sea views. nice breakfast included. small pool with comfy deck chairs.

cleaning was less than perfect and maintenance was rather poor (rusty towel rails, floor drain, run-down balcony furniture). not well spund proofed especially noisy due to shared front door with upstairs neighbours…

I have stayed many times and found that for all not family run, it fels like it... small enough to be hospitable and large enough to suit all travellers needs... all staff polite and helpful, Patricio on reception is the only name i remember but all go the extra mile from reception to housekeeping and kitchen/restaurant... This was my first time for eating an evening meal and I wasn't disappointed... Perfect location whether you want peace N quiet by the pool, beach or town centre shopping/night-life... Definetly one of the best small hotels that i stay in...

A rather steepish hill on the short walk to the hotel entrance ( i walked from the railway station but nothing that couldn't be managed... but wouldn't recommend this hotel for a wheelchair user...

The hotel was very good, and our room was a premium room on the 3rd floor. The room was a good size and was cleaned daily however the glass panels on our balcony were very dirty and I know there had been a sandstorm but I did think this would have been cleaned during our stay. Breakfast was ok however there was never enough bacon for all guests but plenty of everything else, the lady who overseen the breakfast room would have benefited by smiling from time to time as I never seen this on any occasions and I know she is at work but when on holiday you expect all staff to be polite and smile even although they may not want to. I also didn't like the management of the hotel coming on two occasions to our room at 10pm telling us they had complaints from somebody in the hotel about noise indicating if he had to come back a 3rd time we would be asked to leave, we were getting ready to go out as people do when on holiday I felt this was very sad that we put up with others noise on holiday and didn't complain, some people are very sad and need to get a life and management need to put a curfew on noise levels and clearly display this in the rooms so people can enjoy their holiday. My friend was also in a single room and a picture fell on her when she was sleeping and she ended up with a huge lump on her head, she went to reception to get some ice and explained what had happened to her, the receptionist asked her if she would like to change rooms and never offered her any first aid which I thought was absolutely appalling, she was then given the ice after rejecting the offer of another room. although the hotel was very good and very comfortable I do think improvements could be made to enhance everybody's enjoyment and stay especially health and safety procedures.

I liked the location of the hotel as it was very close to the beach and the main shopping area, I also liked the premium rooms they were very comfortable.

The hotel is in a good location, close to all facilities and the center of the village. Breakfast is quite decent, although it lasts only 2 and a half hours, which is slightly shorter than usual.

The beds are very uncomfortable, when you turn around at night, everything creaks. The sound isolation of bedroom is very bad, so you hear when someone coughs or walks in the other rooms. Also, when the door to the room closes, it is very loud, so when anyone in the corridor closes the door, it can wake you up.

Breakfast was very good, exceptional beds - super comfortable. Clean rooms and nice staff. Always very helpful. The area is very pretty, view from the balcony was spectacular. A lot of small shops in the neighbourhood so it was easy to just go and grab a snack. Sunbeds at the pool were very comfortable and there were days I prefered to stay at the pool rather than going to the beach. Just wanted to add that my partner and I took a bus or train everytime we would travel to Malaga and the bus stop right outside of the hotel was super convinient.

It's not the hotel's fault but the neighbours from surrounding rooms were super loud until late at night, walls are pretty thin. Except that there is nothing else I wanted to complain about. I'm super happy with the stay :)

very clean, good choice of breakfast, great views with roof top pool and jacuzzi.

we booked a evening meal, however maybe because it was later when we went down there was a good variety of food and plentiful choice but some of the hot food had gone a little cold but there was a microwave to use. The cost was excellent which included a choice of drink.

Location is very good for those who is on a car as they have their own garage, even two.. The sea was not too far and they have a swimming pool.

The swimming pool worked from 10 am to 7 pm which is absolutely inconvenient. During a day I spend time traveling or on the beach. I would use the pool before breakfast and in the evening before going to bed but it was not possible. Very disappointing that I didn't manage to use the pool even once.

Good location, lovely pool with comfy loungers. View from the bedroom terrace was gorgeous and looked out of the bay. Bathroom was nice with rain head shower. Hotel a short walk to both the beach and town centre. Free beach towels could be borrowed from reception (just deposit needed). Hotel staff all very friendly and helpful

Mattress on bed was very firm. But that was my only (and admittedly very minor!) complaint.

Great staff. Easy going. Not crowded. Calma. Tranquila. Great view from top floor. Super Lean. Big smiles and Buenos Dios from the service staff. Nice way to start the morning. Coffee is perfect. In the cosy breakfast restaurant. No heat there was a minus but you survive. Rox**

Not a dislike..but had some trouble when using Skype wifi cut you off alot on the laptop. No problems on phone. Dunno why.upload speed perhaps.

Liked the room, shower was excellent. Breakfast first class, would have been better, had they did poached or fried eggs. But only had hard boiled.

No other selection of cooked eggs. And internet kept going down, mainly because there was very many students staying. So when they came back around 4 pm the internet crashed until early hours of the following morning.
