FERGUS Style Soller Beach

Nice clean hotel on excellent seafront location. Lovely friendly staff team, very welcoming and helpful. Rooms are great with nice bathrooms and comfortable beds. Good WiFi in hotel. Excellent breakfast with lots of choice. Nice pool set back from main hotel a short walk away.

Room was warm. With a.c set to lowest available 16 it still seemed to blow warm air, when outside temperature was above 18 at night so had to sleep with patio doors open to try to keep cool at night. Noise from local bar adjacent open till after 2am at weekends kept you awake and spoiled the ambiance of the area, as it's a mostly hiking/ biking and relaxing scene at the port. The bar has nothing to do with Fergus hotel, but the local authorities need to look at its license.

Location of the hotel very good for the beach, access to boats, tram, shops and restaurants. Room very clean and with all facilities. Good selection at the buffet breakfast. Staff very courteous and helpful.

Tried the swimming pool - access very difficult with wobbly and steep ladder rungs. Could do with proper steps for access to the water. We did not take our welcome drink as we did not like any of the options offered - beer, cava or orange juice.

orange juice from a machine not good. should be able to provide freshly squeezed orange. coffee from a machine not good either as milk was very sweet.

The location, restaurant and bar were fabulous and I would recommend the hotel overall. The Reception staff were very welcoming and professional. The breakfast was exceptional 👌 with an enormous selection and choice.

We stayed on the pool house accommodation which was disappointing considering the price. The bedroom was small and the shower room was awkward to use due to the 'space saving' design. The additional room was used as a glorified wardrobe as it could not be used for anything else due to no air-con and the tv was in the bedroom. The air con was set and we could not lower it. I think this is a new policy in Spain. It was also noisy which was a shame. I liked the two balconies and having what felt like exclusive access to the pool was wonderful. The fact that there were pool staff on duty as long as the pool was open was credit to the hotel. In hindsight I think I would have rather stayed in a hotel bedroom.

Great location. Right on the beach front. The breakfast buffet was excellent - everything you could want. The hotel was really clean and the pool was lovely.

When we arrived we paid for our sea view room and we’re then directed to a building along the street. When we got into the room it looked straight at the wall of another building. We were on a back street nowhere near the sea front. We went back to reception and complained. The receptionist eventually found us a sea view room which is what we booked and paid for. This took her about 45 minutes. We had already travelled 12 hours to get there so we were just wanting to get sorted out. Very poor start to the holiday - the rooms should not be overbooked. Disappointing beginning but the rest of our stay was lovely.

The location is perfect. amazing views from the sea front balcony. large breakfast area with excellent choice. All colleagues extremely friendly, helpful and efficient. Was extremely clean with a very nice environment. Miguel was excellent on reception, however all colleagues gave excellent service.

Please add tea/coffee and milk to the room. would be nice to have beach towels ready in the room due to location. Room service would be an added bonus .

Ideal location with an open congenial ambience. Peaceful pool area with a quiet garden. The breakfast choice was outstanding with highly efficient staff.

Extremely poor storage space with one drawer between two people and a lack of shelves. Most clothing had to be left out on a desk/table top. The coffee and tea was never hot. Unfortunately the cooked breakfast food was lukewarm at best . For hot food you needed to ask for an omlette which was excellent and cooked to order.

The hotel's location is perfect. Literally central to the beach, opposite a clean, clear water beach. The staff were so so good. Friendly, welcoming, nothing was a problem. Their knowledge of both the port facilities and the Island in general was excellent. The quaint tram was a delight, running literally beside the pavement of the hotel.

I would have liked if the stay was less expensive.

The location is perfect for chilling and watching the world go by. It’s also ideally situated for visiting all the local bars and restaurants. A sea view is a must! The staff are always helpful and friendly. Everywhere is very clean.

There is plenty of choice for breakfast. All sorts of tastes catered for but the food on the hot buffet could have been hotter.

Super location just opposite the beach in the nicest part of the bay. Lovely bar with comfy seating right on the promenade. Superb breakfast with lots of choices. Many good restaurants within 5-10 minutes walk. Tram stop 3 min walk away.

No parking available at the property (same for other hotels in the area), but receptionist pointed out two streets within 5 minutes walk that always had free street parking that we used all week.
