Aparthotel Flora

The Flore APTS are well located to the proximity of the beech ,town and restaurants. The place itself was clean had a great pool with lifeguard and very nice area for breakfast. The staff were very helpful and pleasent.

I loved my 2 night stay at flora, I had a 1 bed apartment facing the pool area on the top floor (level 2) the hotel is made up of lots of small apartments around a lovely pool area. Had a small kitchen and eating area, and I got sun for most of the day on my balcony. Really quiet surrounding area, slept well each night! 3 mins walk to the beach and is a great area, across the road from a mini supermarket too. I would come back again for sure.

The kitchen is equipped for cooking basic things on stove top and has a fridge, but they don’t provide any cloths for cleaning or washing up liquid. I only stayed 2 nights, so didn’t want to buy cleaning products from the shop, so this would have been nice if they included this. The apartment decor is a bit dated

We did not find any faults really, we were very happy with all aspects of our reservation. The Receptionist Caroline was just excellent from our first point of meeting on our arrival. Nothing was a problem for her, she made it all so easy and was happy out to sort whatever issues we had. She is a wonderful asset to Reception that's for sure. The pool area was grand when I availed of it, never too crowded and very pleasant. We ate in the Dining Room two nights, the first on arrival and the last night. On both occasions the food was very good and we both enjoyed our choices.

If these was one thing, it was the fact that we had two English Channels but it was not the normal BBC 1 & 2 which was a bit of bugger as it woud be nice to get the news at least.

Excellent quiet location about 5 minutes each from beach, pine walk, town centre, bus stop and start of Cala de Boquer walk , which I did. The location could not be better. I did not use the pool as it was a bit cold in March but this would be nice in high summer. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

The apartment was small and with little natural daylight, also limited cooking and washing up facilities (hot plate with 2 hobs, no oven or drainer) but as it was very inexpensive I cannot complain. I was able to cook fried eggs, chops, risotto etc (good local supermarkets).

The reception desk was extremely helpful and courteous. Other staff were also very good. Position of the Flora was near to the beach, the market, and the shops

The inability to make contact with Booking.com, when they had not paid the Flora Apts, I had to pay for the reservation . for which I had already paid Booking.com The reception staff at the Flora Apts were exceptionally helpful, and managed to sort out the double payment. The stress caused means that I will not use, or recommend Booking.com in the future.

Fantastic location family friendly great staff, lovely pool and just a stone's throw away from the beautiful pine walk and beach...perfect! That's why we come year after year...

We have been coming here for 5 years it's so lovely but was very disappointed that they put us in the main hotel which isn't as nice as the apartments that we were use too...very dated and tired interior and in need of a refurb, TV wasn't working which wasn't a good start to the holiday but we were able to change rooms to the apartments after 2 nights and that's when our holiday began.....

The staff were always super helpful and friendly, I found the check in and check out procedure so easy. The room was nice and spacious with good cooking and bathroom facilties, loads of wardrobe space! A nice balcony with cosy furniture to sit outside with a drink. There was a clothes airer outside which came in super helpful for drying my swimwear. Great location, so easy to get the bus nearby.

The bed was okay but could have been a bit comfier, it was just very stiff! The journey from my room to the lobby was very dark and was hard to see going down the stairs, maybe it would be worth putting a light on near the stairs?

Everything! The apartment was a good size, comfy beds, air con and decent shower. The pool and sunbeds were great and the breakfast was just what we needed every morning, but most of all we felt very safe in the location, which is perfect for the beaches, restaurants and local buses. Most of all, the staff were excellent! From arriving, to leaving everyone was friendly, helpful and made our stay enjoyable. Especially when the transfer bus let us down when leaving, Pedro was very kind to help and chased the company on a couple of occasions, ending up booking us a taxi as the bus company didn't want to correct their error. Thank you everyone, we will definitely be coming back 😊

Superb venue and location, all staff were brilliant, helpful and friendly. Apartments were well setup with balconies. Superb grounds and well looked after. Easy access to all local amenities - beach, restaurants, shops. Beds were really comfy, too. Really enjoyed breakfasts and relaxing for a night cap in the bar. Storage area for bikes, too!

Can be a bit noisy when the municipal refuse collectors service do their early morning daily rounds. In all fairness, I've stayed in many places in Peurto Pollenca and it happens - so, just accept that reality and get on with it.

at the start of the season it is exceptional value for money given the location. the apartment is a perfect base if you’re going to be out and about. I miss it already! staff are 10/10. very friendly and personable. happy to help with anything.

slightly dated interiors could do with a few odd jobs here and there. but the cleaning staff were exceptional and I didn’t except the cleans to be as frequent as they were. parking could be a struggle in summer if you have rented a car.
