Mon Boutique Hotel

Beautiful hotel in a fantastic location - highly recommended Exceptional staff and service The hotel is very comfortable and beautifully decorated We were lucky enough to have a room with a deck and jacuzzi which was a lovely place to unwind after a day exploring The roof top terrace and pool have amazing views of the town and surrounding hills Breakfast was delicious with healthy and traditional options. Dinner in the restaurant was delicious and good value - sitting outside is a great place to watch the evening unfold on the town square

The town centre location is perfect as the town has so much to offer. Receptionist Gabriela was incredibly welcoming as was the complimentary fizz on arrival. Our classic room was lovely and clean with a king sized bed. There is no wall separating the bedroom/bathroom and the shower/toilet have a sliding door of opaque glass. This won’t be to everyone’s taste as the privacy is a little lacking (and we all need privacy for some things!). The coffee machine was great. The soaps supplied were lovely. Extra towels were provided for the plunge pool. Roof terrace is a great space and we found ourselves to be the only ones up there most afternoons! Plunge pool was great as the weather was sooo hot. Views of the monastery on the hill are fabulous up there too. We ate in the restaurant once but weren’t overly impressed although we did get a complimentary bottle of wine. To be honest there are loads of brilliant places to eat in Pollença you are spoilt for choice. Breakfast was great. Lots of choice for all tastes. All in all we were veery impressed with the hotel’s modern contemporary feel and would highly recommend it. Incidentally we had hired a car and had to park in the free parking 5 mins walk away. Not really a hardship at all.

Really minor gripes. No instructions for setting the safe combination so we had to Google it! Mini bar is very expensive so we bought beers and wine in the local supermarket. (The hotel provides free bottled water on request so don’t buy that).

Our stay was overall very pleasant: staff was very welcoming and friendly, we had a glass of complimentary cava on our arrival, that we enjoyed on the rooftop full of plants and comfy chairs. The hotel is stylish, situated on a cute town square and just 5 mins walking from the free town parking: convenient!

If you are coming as a fresh couple for a romantic stay, be aware that the toilet in the room (at least the standard one) doesn’t provide any privacy :) It is a transparent (opaque, but my boyfriend laughed out loud saying he can see me clearly from the bed) and not sound proof whatsoever….:) sooo it can be something to laugh about, or otherwise you just use the toilets on the groundfloor 😅

Lovely hotel, beautiful decor, fantastic staff. At the time we booked there was very limited information on the website so we didn’t know if there was a bar or restaurant, nor what was in the room. Think this might have changed now. Only coffee facilities in the room (coffee machine), no tea making but we were lent a kettle! The staff couldn’t have been more helpful. Situation superb, bang in the centre but our room was quiet at night. Would definitely visit again.

No tea-making facilities in room, roof terrace closed mid-evening. Might have been nice to have drinks up there.

My apologies for delay in sending this review due to family illness on our return, otherwise I would have raved about Mon Boutique before! The hotel has been completely refurbished & is under new management so ignore old reviews. The decor is very sleek & modern with quality fittings. Staff are very friendly & helpful & as soon as we arrived, rather hot & tired, the manager brought 2 complimentary glasses of prosecco up to our room - very nice touch. The bedroom was nicely appointed, & there was a good shower with plenty of hot water. The terrace & little plunge pool on the roof is perfect for relaxation & a quiet read & sundowner gazing over the rooftops of the town. Location is very good, right on the main square with restaurants all around & a few steps from the weekly market. We ate in the restaurant on 2 evenings & found the waiters attentive & friendly & the dishes were freshly prepared & very tasty. We did suggest to the hotel that the menu descriptions needed to be improved as the dishes were more complex, unusual and attractively garnished than the general term of tapas implied.

I can't think of anything except perhaps I would have liked a softer mattress & pillows but they were ok for my husband. Maybe the hotel could have mattress toppers available for visitors with bad backs.

Perfect location right in the middle of the old town of Pollenca on a beautiful square. Very comfortable beds and delicious breakfast - where you - besides the normal breakfast - are able to order a variety of egg dishes - for instance very nice omelettes etc. The staff was very polite and caring. Would definitely stay here some other time.

We had dinner one night in the restaurant and the food was very nice. However, the staff was polite but seamed very inexperienced and we waited a very long time just to get our food and beverages. The guests beside ours left right after they had finished their starters as they did not wish to wait for the main course.

The property is in an excellent central location, all of the staff were very friendly and helpful, particularly Gabriela who was such a lovely person. The room was really tasteful and clean and excellent value for money. The real standout was the food, a new chef makes the nicest tapas I’ve eaten in Pollensa and I’ve been going there for 20+ years!

Very minor point is glass doors to bathrooms which don’t give complete privacy, however it didn’t bother me much and I’d definitely rebook here, such a great place!

Location could not be better, hotel is beautiful and the roof terrace is so relaxing, whilst we used the roof terrace it was not busy but imagine it would be very popular in high season, I would suggest some additional sofas /chairs would be a great addition to accommodate for everyone. Staff are all very friendly and can't do enough for you, Rooms are immaculate, cleaned daily and towels changed. I would absolutely stay here again 100%, Thanks to all at Mon Boutique Hotel 😊

Fantastic sophisticated hotel, would stay again in a heart beat. Staff are super super friendly and helpful. You cannot beat the location - right on the main square and with a beautiful rooftop with plenty of loungers, plunge pool and views! The decor is sophisticated and clean, really nice touches throughout. Bed is super comfy and had such a great sleeps. Tons of restaurants and shops nearby with some great breakfast options next door and within 1 min walk (we read that breakfast wasn’t included and wasn’t worth paying for so can’t comment on that). Price compared to other options in the town or nearby is unbeatable for location and quality, so value for money is excellent. Parking was also totally fine with a public (free) car park a 3-5min walk away. Would love to stay here again and recommend to friends and family.

It’s just excellent. If we were really picky, we’d want more privacy in bathroom which has translucent glass screens for both toilet and shower which is right next to the bed and not separate bathroom, but again it really wasn’t an issue.

I unfortunately did not have the breakfast, so I cannot comment. We were greeted with a glass of cava and with the most positive staff and friendly. Our room was beautiful and we were surprised to get access to the rooftop a real treat. We have soft music filtering through to which made it feel so special. The views were stunning. Although it might of been different during the busy season with noise, we were delighted to have that wonderful space just outside our door. The bed was so comfy, didn't want to get out of it. The shower was beautifully warm and spaciious. Everything was just lovely.

No faults at all really. At a push, heated towel racks to dry your towels would of been a bonus, but who needs that in Spain during the busy season :)
