I liked that the hotel was new and fresh right next to the beach. Staff on reception were friendly and gave us a warm welcome. On the last day they let us check out 1hour later than normal. The second room we changed to was very nice and more large more comfortable but it did cost a extra 300 euros it also had a swimming pool. But all the other balconies overlooked the pool so again no privacy. Also the balconies overlook a car park and bar which is directly in front of the hotel. You can see the beach but as you stand on your balcony the beach is to the left and you do have a clear view.

Privacy. The first room we had was small but clean however there was no privacy on the balcony. It was the same on the second room we changed to. This hotel was not cheap and I expected more privacy. Especially as this hotel is rated 5 stars. On the second room we changed to on the last night someone above threw a used cigar onto our balcony. Other than this privacy issue on the balconies all was okay.

The hotel is brand new and excellent quality. We got a rainy day and the hotel could provide activities even on bad weather. The staff is extra helpful and very nice. The room is big with best and brand new facilities. At the two restaurants at the hotel there is a proper fine dining experience and a very well chosen wine list.

Although the two restaurants in the hotel have excellent food, even a tasting menu, for you being a guest of the hotel is it still really hard to get a reservation, the stuff also struggles to get you in. There are no walking distance restaurants, to eat at any given time you need to take a taxi to go to Puerto Pollenca - a nearby town. Cala Sant Vicenc is an area where if you want to eat from 4PM to 9PM it might be impossible (bare in mind restaurants are closed on Sunday and Thursday). The hotel does not have a beach, and te pool is quite small. As for the beach in front of the hotel, it is very nice but it is a public beach with no service.

One of the best hotels we’ve stayed at. Everywhere was extremely clean, well spec’d and one of the best showers ever! The reception staff were very friendly, very helpful and were always around to support with bookings, taxis and recommendations. The area was quiet but that’s why we liked it. A cab to Pollenca was €10 each way which kept you away from the crowds. The beach next to the hotel was small but great with nice sands and crystal clear waters.

The only thing that stops us from giving this place full marks was the staff on the roof terrace. They were ‘fine’ but the service felt a little slow, not very attentive and didn’t feel so welcomed. Especially compared to the rest of the staff. That said it wouldn’t put me off returning, was just a bit annoying.

only one restaurant available in the evening which is both expensive and non changing menu. Whilst bar food was available, you had to eat on uncomfortable seats and compete with fellow guests for limited availability of seats.

Lift rather slow My husband was surprised hotel charges 35 euros per day for car park when public car park opposite is free!

The hotel is located on a lovely cove. The rooftop bar/restaurant has an amazing view. Our room looked out on the ocean and was fairly large with a very nice balcony.

The parking and breakfast were rather expensive.

We had an amazing stay! Everyone from the staff was super professional and friendly. For a hotel that opened two months ago, the service was fabulous!

There is nothing we dis not like.

Stunning and tastefully decorated hotel on the north of the island making it quieter and more peaceful. Amazing amenities - beautiful coves to swim in right outside the hotel, rooftop pool, indoor pool with thermal circuit, access to spa treatments, library with pool table, cinema, and 3 excellent dining options. We visited for our anniversary and were welcomed with cava and a free welcome drink, and we were gifted the house olive oil on departure. Staff were so helpful, kind and welcoming.

Sensor tap in bathroom was annoying, and this is a more expensive place to stay, but if you want some rest and relaxation and to make full use of the amenities, it is perfect.

This place is a real find. The architectural design is beautiful and we loved the variation in room types. For a 33 room hotel the amenities are superb. The gifts (champagne, olive oil, candy) were very appreciated and well above and beyond our expectations Mari, the guest relations host is a real jewel. Breakfast and dinner were superb. We were disappointed someone beat us to the indoor movie theatre one night The valet parking is pricey as there are ample spots across from the hotel but staff allowed us to charge our ev car despite not paying for the hotel parking.

Only criticism I can think of is that theres not a spin bike in the fitness center.

Excellent hotel. The finish throughout is exceptional. Facilities are superb and the tasting menu in the restaurant was delicious. Reception and guest experience staff were very helpful and the restaurant staff during dinner were also very good. Shout out to the maitre d' who carried in a table for us, as the restaurant was fully booked.

The "side sea view" does mean you have a car park directly in front and the sea to the side. Didn't bother us and the free car park was handy.
