Very friendly staff, nice and clean facilities with beautiful garden, lots of space inside.

Breakfast time could be longer than 10.30 (for long sleepers); it was hard to find sunbeds at the pool because everyone seemed to reserve their early with a towel, and often not even showing up or just shortly. Definitely needs more space for sunbathing and better policy around reserving sunbeds.

I love this place, second time here. I love the location and how the rooms have a beautiful view to the ocean and that there's a small secluded beach just nearby. It's spacious but not overly huge where you feel like you need a golf cart to go around. Sunday there was a pianist at the lobby it was very enjoyable. Loved my room, the view was amazing. The receptionist who checked me in was very courteous and professional.

The jakuzzi wasn't as warm as i remembered from last year, it was almost as cold as the normal swimming pools. It's a bummer that there was no daytime entertainment/program over Sunday and Monday. The bed mattress is a bit too hard but seems to be a trend on the island.

the sun loungers were terribly uncomfortable! the pool could be warmer. I also didn’t like the noise of the plumbing in room 1273 it was very noisy even hen other neighbours flushed.

Everything was superb. It's an actual 4-star hotel, unlike the ones in Europe mainland. Staff was very polite and helpful, hotel itself had all the facilities, amenities and was very clean. Breakfast and dinner offered lots of options.

The AC works well, but it's slightly outdated so it was pretty loud and it wasn't possible to change the temperature. It didn't affect my sleep though, just an improvement they could consider in the future.

The hotel is really beautiful, well designed and well maintained. It actually looks better than the photos. There are some really massive plants and relaxing water feature. The breakfast and dinner i was really pleased with. Lots of variation of Healthy good quality options. A lot better than i have had in other 4 star hotels. Also, the staff during meal times are working very hard cleaning and refilling. There is a very friendly personable vibe between staff and guests. It is not too strict with its rules which is nice. Except the covid rules they are definitely adhered to very well here. The pool can be used at any time at own risk which is really nice as a lot of places have certain times. Gym was simple and unintimidating looking but i didnt end up having time to book a slot. Staff are the best about this place. They make you feel like your requests are not an issue and that they want to help.

Paying for all drinks even water at dinner is something that i dont like. Water is free at breakfast and i think it should be free at dinner as well.

Everywhere spotless, bed really comfortable and plenty of hot water towels changed as needed. The pool area is a fab place to chill. Restaurant has great choice of food including vegetarian options. Staff are wonderful and do all work really hard

Reception can get busy with only one person on the wait can be long. The restaurant don't seem to have enough staff they work so hard and at speed that it's not the tranquil place it should be. Couldn't sit on balcony after midnight as gardens irrigation system came on and sewerage smell overpowering.

The architecture of the hotel is stunning with marble floors and plants incorporated into the design. The two words that come to mind are serene and elegant. The adults only regulation is incredible for deep relaxation which was just what I needed. I had a 7 day stay with breakfast and dinner included. The choices are extensive and high quality including gluten free and vegan options. The hotel location is wonderful directly on the seafront and beside the coastal walking path. The large pool area is lovely with plenty of loungers. Pool towels are provided when you check in. My room was large with a balcony facing the sea and as the hotel is not located in the town of Playa Blanca you hear the waves all night long. Live entertainment every evening in the lobby bar. The spa building is beside the hotel and I booked a back massage. Fabulous week !

I liked every aspect of the hotel ! It is located 4 km.away from Playa Blanca and as I have been there before I did not feel the need to go to town. There is a local bus a 5 minute walk from the hotel that takes you to town for 1.50 euros if you do not have a car. There is a bicycle rental and a small supermarket across from the hotel. Only one or two restaurants within walking distance.

I have stayed at this hotel numerous times, and it never disappoints. The location is lovely, with the sea right in front of you, to be enjoyed from the fantastic gardens (none of the other hotels on the prom seem to have such a nice garden). The facilities are very good, the hotel is kept spotlessly clean, staff are very friendly and helpful. The food is all buffet. The breakfast is outstanding, the dinner can get a bit repetitive but I guess that can't be helped with a buffet. The quality of the food is very good throughout. The pool area and garden is massive, you never feel crowded and can always find a sunbed. The sunbeds are cleaned regularly and the whole pool area is cleaned daily in the morning. There is also an outside bar which provides food and drinks (food not so great there), again with outstanding views of the sea. There's a big car park outside, and parking on the road is available too. Finally, and no less importantly, the hotel is home to a number of street cats who have made this area their home. I love them all and I look forward to seeing them each year. The hotel seems tolerant of them and I hope they realise that the guests enjoy these creatures and appreciate that the hotel supports it. There are volunteers looking after these cats (not hotel related) and this should be supported.

Criticism of this hotel is rather minor. - The garden where the mini golf area is has nowhere to sit. If they could install some benches maybe that would be great. That part of the garden is lovely too but you can only sit on the grass. - The cups in the rooms are tiny. Much too small for a decent cup of tea/coffee. - The mattress was great, the pillows are a little hard though. Would be nice to have a choice of a softer one if needed. - The food in the outside bar is a bit sub standard. Does not compare to the main restaurant.

Location was good near the small 'natural' beach. A lovely walk into Playa Blanca.

Not the hotel's fault but it's definitely a favourite with the over 60's. Although my group wasn't young, we were noticeably older than the other guests.

Everything!! The staff were amazing! They made my birthday so special. Accomadating, polite and friendly! Especially the front desk staff. I left my mobile phone on arrival in a taxi and the reception staff were so fantastic, they went above and beyond to get it back! Planned excursions, reserved tables for dining, prosecco on arrival, room was available before check in time. The food was plentiful.for all dietry needs! Entertainment was "entertaining".. my birthday night especially, amazing group of guys from south africa, had all the guests on their feet! Great end to my birthday night!!! Will be visiting again very soon. Thank you so much for giving me one of the best birthdays ive had in a long time!
