Sercotel Las Torres

I have stayed at this hotel a couple of times and as this was my last visit after my daughter living in Salamanca for 6 months I booked a room with a view over Plaza Mayor. This was absolutely fantastic. The room was really comfortable, small desk area with a coffee machine, brilliant view over Plaza Mayor. The bathrooms here are equiped with shampoo, shower gel and body lotion. The beds are really comfortable with 2 pillows. The breakfast is buffett style, good coffee and this room also looks out over Plaza Mayor. I really liked it and it only lacks a bar.

The location of the hotel is wonderful. Thanks to the lady at reception who suggested an upgrade we enjoyed bigger room and beautiful view to Plaza Major. As we are family of 4 the bigger room helped a lot. The aparment has very spacious and well equipped bathroom, beds and pillows are very comfortable. And of course it's easy to reach places of interest of Salamanca. The parking is easy to find and it's really few minutes of walking from the hotel. Just mind the stairs to Plaza Major...

It would be nice to have more security to the upper bed (2 level bed) for kids like higher rails or anything. If kid is small it's a risk of falling down.

Finding the hotel. Sat nav kept trying to take us through pedestrian areas when the address is used. An email explaining the parking situation and pedestrian areas was unclear so could be updated to explain that the hotel is located within a pedestrian area and so the addresses for the suggested parking locations should be used while driving and hotel directions used once parked. Room was small but comfy

Very nice hotel overall! The staff was helpful and friendly. Very clean. Superb location just in the centre of the city (the hotel is at the Plaza Mayor and Concejo street). Good wi-fi. The breakfast is very tasty and the selection is wide, moreover, you eat with a view over the Plaza Mayor, which is additionally nice. Free water and beautiful flowers greet you at the reception. The rooms looking at inner courtyard are very quiet. Double rooms are spacious enough. Good cosmetics and a lot of towels offered in the room. The hairdryer was o superb quality. The staff speaks English, so if you don't speak Spanish it is a plus too.

I really can't complain. The single rooms are quite small, though. Also, the rooms are not really silence proof, sometimes the sounds from stairs or corridor are quite loud, but it is not a real trouble.

Second stay at Sercotel Salamanca Very friendly staff, they really care about their work..always happy to help. Hotel very central, parking not far away also on a walking distance Very clean hotel and pet friendly ( maybe one of the best pet friendly hotel that I have stayed )

I would need to add a dislike. The upgrade to our room was not that great as very noisy in the street ( room view street ) due to drunk people...One of the windows needs some isolation and fixing in our opinion. The gallery in the plaza seems to be the place where party people hang out to end their night..The reason why lots of shouting around 5 am....in the morning. Not very pleasant.

awesome location! we had a family room on the 4th floor (2 adults, 2 kids age 10 and 14) and this was perfect for 1 night. large open bedroom with 1 king bed, a set of twin bunk beds and another twin bed. 1 bathroom. very clean, comfortable beds. mini fridge in room.

elevator does not go all the way up to the fourth floor. free WiFi was very weak. TV would not work. Though no fault of the hotel, the electricity went out the morning we were leaving and we had to carry all of our luggage down 4 flights of narrow stairs.

The location was great, basically at the heart of Salamanca. The breakfast buffet had a great variety and the food was delicious. The rooms were very clean and cozy.

Lack of parking spaces available, therefore we needed to plan out and look for a parking space before arriving, but luckily there is one not far from the hotel. Another note would be is the size of economy class rooms, they are a lot smaller than expected, but all in all, the room size didn't matter much when staying just 1 night.

The location was fabulous. Very central so easy to walk everywhere. Breakfast was good, coffee from a machine- delicious. Cold options for breakfast much better than hot. Reception staff were fabulous and always there with a smile. Bed really comfortable. Room and bathroom slightly worn and dated but that did not affect our stay at all. We really enjoyed it and would stay again.

Top location, right in the center. Breakfast is amazing, lots of variety. Alow pets! And even place a bed for him on our room. Amazing. Although they can go to the breakfast area, they can stay alone in our room waiting for us. Bed confortable and quiet.

The room was a bit small. Since is right in the center, you have to park your car in a public park and go walking with the bags but there are parks within 5min walking.

The people at the desk are totally nice and helpful. It's a three-star hotel, but they treat you like it's a four or five-star hotel. ¡Muy recomendado! The price to stay there is very reasonable. And they breakfast is super yummy!

The rooms are a little small, but you get over it quickly since you are staying right next to the most beautiful plaza mayor in the entire world!
