Located in the historic part of the city, very close to the main square, this flat offers a very convenient stay. It is compact but has all necessary amenities.

Communication with the host/company was very inefficiënt. They've send more than 10 messages with 'instructions' in all languages, but ours (and you have rather nicer things to do on holiday than sifting through all these messages). Breakfast info was missing and when you ask for it, also incomplete.

Very modern and comfortable room. Loved the location.

Auto check in can be daunting for older people, especially from overseas as need good mobile and data roaming. We could not get the garage door app to work and the fact that water and electricity are turned off when you leave the room is not good when you only have 1 key and one of you leaves the apartment. They need the key to enter downstairs so not an ideal situation. Maybe issue 2 keys would solve this.

A lovely, bright apartment. Very clean. In a safe area and easy to walk to any part of the city from here. Many eating places within a short distance - right outside, in fact - and a limited breakfast (not a buffet) provided at a nearby cafe.

There are many restaurants around the square which are open until early morning, and some youngsters stayed up talking and laughing all night! I managed to sleep through this. but other guests might not. Difficult to get a taxi - had to walk to the nearest taxi rank.

I could not get into the apartment because I didn't realise the access instructions were on Watts App. It must be made clear how to get in by making it clear on the booking by Booking.com. It also be made clear that the Apt. Is on a pedestrianised area. Recommend the visitor uses the closest underground car park before going to the Apt. It is only 3 minute walk away.

The location was superb, very central. The welcome from Amador was excellent, he met up with us and helped us gain access to the parking. The standard of facilities in the room was also excellent. It was so clean and lacked nothing, great toiletries, towels, tea/ coffee making facilities. Would definitely recommend it.

Modern 'suite', a few steps away from the Plaza Mayor and a multitude of bars, restaurants and shops, you can't get more central. Very new and modern, lighting is great, lots of handy wall sockets. Price really good for what you get, recommended!

Room is pretty small. Transparent shower cube in the middle of the room a bit weird. Our room at the back didn't get much daylight.

Access to the room is a headache because the area is pedestrianised. Also, you cannot get access to the parking without first getting into the room - this in an area where it is nigh impossible to park on the street. There is a risk of getting a fine for finding all this out! The description of 'courtyard view' should read 'lightwell view'. The room has a design seemingly beloved of modern hotel designers - a glass, see-through shower and an opaque glass toilet, neither segregated from the living area. The provision of a dishwasher seems somewhat extravagant for a kitchen(ette) supplied with only two plates/bowls/cups/glasses etc.

It was very clean and comfortable. The location was perfect, just 1 min walk from the Plaza Mayor and it felt safe. The cleaning staff was friendly. They let us leave our luggage in a locked closet since we arrived early. It was a great price. Lots of restaurants right outside the door. I would definitely recommend it to anyone that doesn't mind the odd bathroom set up.

The bathroom was odd because it wasn't really a bathROOM. The shower is in the middle of the room right next to the desk and doesn't even have frosted glass. The toilet was in a corner with a short sliding glass door between it and the rest of the place, with no ventilation or external window. Didn't matter to me because I was traveling with my husband, but a different group of people might find that very awkward. I didn't love that I had to download Whatsapp just to communicate with them. I tried doing it through booking.com but they kept saying they would contact me through WhatsApp. But this was a minor thing, though!

Everything we needed. Infusions & toiletries were appreciated. Great location for all the sights. Comfortable bed & very clean. Great value for money.

The city is late to settle & early to rise, but we enjoyed the birds dawn chorus in the Square!

Excellent location, safe and secure for a solo traveler. Shower was in the middle of the room which was very sexy but also a bit awkward if you were staying with other people at all. The washing machine they gave me to use was not sufficient, but there was a laundromat directly around the corner so that was not an issue at all. I will definitely stay here again!
