Great location close to the Old Town. The place was quiet. The beds were comfortable. There was also breakfast for 6 eur but we didn't use it. The hotel has its own parking place with no extra charge, which was great because we were traveling by a car. The staff were very nice and helpful.

The room had a fan but it was loud, so we didn't use it during night. There wasn't a fridge in the room, and we would appreciate it a lot. The room was dark and with dark furniture, otherwise it was very nice.

I had reserved a single room and when I arrived was automaticly upgraded to a double which was a lovely surprise. I requested a parking spot which was available and well appointed Never had been within this area of the country and was extremely pleased with the fact this Hotel is in the center of town enabling me to walk all over the city enjoying the beauty of historic building and many lovely parks. Would definetly use it again and would recommend to friends and family.

Great location, easy walk from the train station. 15-20 minute walk from old city sights. Variety of eateries close.Very nice ensuite bathroom, Useful wardrobe and desk/table. No view, but really quiet during the night. Everything clean and easy to use. Staff accomadated my request to leave suitcase before check-in time..

No Info or photo to help find the place, it is set well back from the street without the building number in view from the street. It was hard to find on the listed address, few people about, even local shopkeeper did not recognize the address or hotel name. A photo from street would have helped as I did not have internet to help find.

The hotel were wonderful at communicating with me prior to my stay. I was driving from Germany to Portugal, relocating my life, so I needed somewhere safe and comfortable to stay on the journey. They were so helpful with this and reassured me. I was able to park safely in their carpark and they even meet me there and helped me to park. The staff were super helpful when suggesting places to see and go for food in the evening. It is a lovely place to stay for a night or so and well located.

Originally, it was a one night stay but we decided on an extra night. so glad we did. salamanca has so much to see. The staff at the hotel was very helpful and they have on-site parking a 15-minute walk into the old town we wort a visit for a 2 star hotel we was very impressed and would include it in any other trips we do

Great Value for money. Lovely hotel in a quiet neighbourhood 10min walking from the centre. Friendly and helpful staff. There was free covered parking but unfortunately our car was too tall for it but we were lucky to find free parking just outside the Hotel. Would definitely stay again :)

The area where the Hotel is located looks a bit run down and no AC in the bedroom.

Relatively easy to find, and conveniently located a short walk from facilities and the old town centre. Accommodation comfortable, if a little noisy in the early evening due to street noise and a fireworks display (!), but I'm sure this was a one-off. Rest of the night was fine. Lovely city.

Convenient for the rail station. Around 15 mins walk to the Plaza Mayor. Friendly and helpful staff.

Very hot when we were there. Fan rather than air con, so quite hot for sleeping.

Good staff v good sorting parking but parking charge was supposed to be free. There is no free space for parking anywhere near hotel Spent hour trying to find free parking very tiring and dangerous for UK drivers.

As above no warning of difficulty to find outside free parking. Hotel should inform drivers of this and advise garage parking is needed and cost whether free or not.

Friendly and welcoming reception, secure parking, spacious room, facing room was welcome addition, location was good for finding somewhere to eat.

No bar on-site, very dated furnishings, needs updating
