The Atmosphere is adequate and breathtaking. Peace and Tranquility. The Location very ideal. Comfortable and relaxing is of best of the best.

The Rooms not cleaned properly. Saw cockroahes inn the Wardrobes. The Wardrobes had dust in them had to wipe dust. Restaurant staff not enough to serve entire guests. Taking too long to serve your request/s. Buffet breakfast just normal, not appetising as Omellete is a big deal. Need performance there. Serving corner VERY SMALL . PLEASE LET IT BE EXTENDED , as we should wait for self service in the corner. Thats all. But I liked the dinner. Best.

Located outside of the city/town. This made it quiet and tranquil. The property was as advertised. Obviously it is an older style building and renovation to it can only be taken so far as to preserve its original look and feel.

We ordered cocktails and they were the type where you just add crushed ice to the bottle of “syrup”. I would have appreciated a more authentic cocktail or else charge less for it. Also, we would have spent a whole lot more at the bar if they were authentic.

We sat outside the restaurant when eating, listening to birds and got the best sunlight. Even thou we were sitting far the waiter kept on coming to check on us

I didn’t like the fact that the bathroom window doesn’t open and there is no ventilation in the toilet, the room was clean and nicely prepared but only the ventilation part, an extract can be installed in future. The fact that I was sent multiple invoices that was not the same. Ended up being confused

The rooms are very clean. The entertainment area is quite relaxing. They also gave us a wonderful service throughout our two nights spent. The breakfast was great, all you can eat. They surprised us with an amazing surprise outdoor table for two reservation courtesy of the hotel. It was quite pleasing to the eyes and we loved being in tune with nature seeing beautiful antilopes while having our breakfast. Lovely

The room were clean. The location is in close proximity to Centres, it quiet and there’s beautiful greenery.

It’s not necessarily about the property, but about some of the dining staff who were not very welcoming. Customer service and friendliness is imperative in this kind of business as some people are on a retreat (as we were), we face a lot of challenges, hence we leave our homes and go on such visits.

The breakfast spread was amazing, we had a lot of variety to choose from. The chef's omelette was out of this world, really enjoyed that. The breakfast staff made sure that our tables were cleared timeously and made sure that we ran short of nothing. The house keeping service was excellent, the room was kept clean and refreshed until departure day. The view was breath taking and out of this world, not forgetting the entertainment from the peacocks

Loved the landscape, the booma dinner was superb ,the suite are well arranged for a family .

The orange cushions were dirty, needs extra attention and regular washing too or change them to white ones ,they looked filthy. Please put sockets next to the beds behind pedestals. The provision is there please put sockets so we can charge our gadgets next to the bed easily .

The place is quit and we did have a very comfortable stay. Even with some people around due to the nature of the property and the space the rest of the people was not even noticed. The staff and rooms is all of excellent value. Will definately come back again for a stay. Due to the prices it was very fair in relation to surrounding areas and good value for money.

Everything about the place is beautiful the staff was so friendly the buffet breakfasts so nice and fresh the place is quite birds are singing it is just giving peace of mind and all that breathtaking moments

Their sewerage system should be fixed I dnt think their 100 percent the toilets could easily block

The facility and the staff were lovely. The location was also good.

There is no DSTV, only SABC channels and I was traveling with the kids and they couldn't enjoy watching TV and which made the TV experience bad.
