As for breakfast !!! So delicious . I had it only once but, unfortunately could not go for it on the next visit. The reason being the old lady chef who is serving in the kitchen. She is so impatient, so unkind and making one to feel like she is doing you a favor by serving you. If she was not an old woman, I would say she is arrogant. So short tempered. I decided not to include breakfast during my second visit because of her attitude when she speaks to us when serving. She unnecessarily raises up her voice, looks at you with a very unpleasant attitude and so-so short tempered, if she is not hearing you well when placing an order. May you therefore, kindly address that and she must be made aware that whenever she is serving us , she is not doing us any favor because we pay for the service which also caters for her income. Perhaps she suffers from old age "disorder". Thank you!!!

Shelter for parking

From the moment you arrive the premises are well kept, very clean and tidy, beautiful gardens. The reception/check in staff were fast, efficient and very friendly. Rooms spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Dinner and breakfast very nice. It was wonderful to wake up in the morning and by greeted by friendly smiling faces at the breakfast. Well done to the management and staff all very professional, helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend a stay at Town Lodge Mbombela.

There was not one thing that I did not like!

We only stayed for one night, but our stay was pleasant. The hotel was clean, and the staff were helpful and friendly. The bathroom was clean, and the tea and coffee making facilities were good. The restaurant area looked inviting, but we didn't get the opportunity to try an evening meal or breakfast.

The rail that held up the shower head was loose, which meant it kept moving from side to side while showering. I don't recall the extractor fan working in the bathroom, but none of these things ruined our stay.

😀❤️ Location is easily accessible The place was beautiful, clean, comfortable beds, breakfast exceptional 👌👌 . Friendly and welcoming staff including the cleaners. I would definitely come back in Town lodge , loved this place.

I dnt know whether it was only my room or not. But it was gonna be good if the room had bar fridge and a microwave. Our food got rotten because there was no refrigerator nor a microwave to warm up

24/7 service. Great for someone coming from OR Tambo late at night, needing to check in somewhere at 2am, in serious need of a soft bed and a hot shower. It is located in a convenient location in Nelspruit/Mbombela. Close to a large mall, close to all main roads.

They could pay a bit more attention to cleanliness and maintenance in the rooms.

Unfortunately I did not have breakfast since I had come for the Kaapsehoop marathon and we had to wake up very early. but the snacks provided were excellent.

Nothing in particular, except that I had asked for a room facing away from the main road or traffic but was given the one facing the traffic and main road.

The lady by the name of Portia made my booking so smooth ,I owe her big time . she's a sweetheart. The house keeping lady that helped design the two elephants with towels should get a raise . . . The barman made sure I didn't drink till I dropped .

I didn't like the fact that I was there for a short period of time 😭😔

The guy who cleaned the room was very helpful, think he's name was Aaron. The securities were thorough and did their jobs well. Loved the pool.

Check in time stated 2 o clock , and after a 9hour drive from Durban, all I wanted to do was lay on a bed and rest.The room was only ready at 3 o clock.

The breakfast was very nice and adequate. However, the toaster was too slow. I would also suggest they put warm milk on the tables for coffee

Drinking cold coffee. Settling for scrambled egg when I wanted fried one because the lady told me cleaning the pan or whatever you call it is going to take long. Insinuating to me that there's no need to want fried egg when scrambled one is there

THE STAFF IS VERY FRIENDLY AND PROFESSIONAL THE BREAKFAST WAS AMAZING I WISH THE SWIMMING POOL HAD BEEN GIVEN A LITTLE BIT OF PRIVACY. I REALLY WANTED TO TAKE A DEEP. THE AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM WORKS PERFECTLY

I ALSO WISH THE BED WAS A BIT MORE COMFORTABLE. I WISH THE SWIMMING POOL HAD BEEN GIVEN A LITTLE BIT OF PRIVACY. I REALLY WANTED TO TAKE A DEEP I WISH THE SHOWER COULD BE CLOSED IN SO THE WATER DOESN'T SPLASH ON THE FLOOR WHEN YOU SHOWER.
