A beautiful and tranquil environment with great features of nature. The lodge comes with great amenities and close to many other amenities making it easy to enjoy without feeling completely excluded from the world.

The security officials sometimes abuse the noise policy rules and complain to guests even for sneezing. Yes it is a tranquil space but we are still humans and must engage and have a little laugh. It sometimes felt like we must laugh in silence.

The place is worth the money. The owner of the chalet responded quickly to our complaints.

The staff do not treat black people same as white people but we paid our money to be there too.

The lodge was comfortable and there was enough space for the 6 of us. it was very clean and there was daily cleaning, which we weren’t expecting.

The 2nd bathroom downstairs was not practical. it was a bath with hand held shower. essentially a bath tub with shower hose which you could only use if you held it over you. there’s no screen on the bathtub so if you were standing on the bath everything else gets wet. It would ideal if they fitted a proper shower otherwise everyone has to use one bathroom.

The chalet was clean and decent. Facilities good

Bathrooms need upgrade Lighting was poor in the rooms

Great family stay, quiet and peaceful. Particular mention of the brilliant staff who found one of my gold pendants that I had thought was lost forever!

The only thing to mention was the attention to detail with maintenance. Squeaky door hinges, doors that don't close properly etc. But for these small details we would have awarded the facility a 10.

The lodge was amazing. The fact that you got more than enough of everything was great. From swimming towels,to a cupboard of extra linen,the cutlery and crockery was so great. Each room having an ensuite was great. This definitely is a comeback for me.

I didnt really like the dam..it seemed like it was not maintained well. Lampshades could get a bit of a clean,especially the ones attached to the wall.

It was close to the Hazyview Phabeni gate. The unit was clean, comfortable & cost friendly for a group.

Nothing, everything was to our liking. The only snag was the en-suite bathroom light switch was faulty - we did report it to reception. Bit of a delay in the refund of the security deposit.

i liked the environment, the scenery and the beautiful lodges

the lodge that we stayed at the bedroom upstairs did not have a bathroom one had to wake up walk all the way downstairs during the night to use the toilet downstairs and we were not told about this so this was definelty a big NO The meals, shuu we waited so long for our food on a daily basis some days the orders were wrong.

The property suited our needs, and was well positioned.

Some maintenance urgently required. Taps in main bathroom do not close properly, balustrade next to fire place not secure, stove and oven do not work properly…….

Very nice house with everything you need! Location was very nice and close to supermarkets and Kruger. Staff was really friendly and helped us with organizing our trip and Game Drives. The restaurant also was very good.
