Park Inn by Radisson Bucharest Hotel & Residence

1. Had a very nice room in the Red building. 2. Parking under the building. Some parking places are too small, but others are ok. If your car has a luggage box on it, you might not be able to park. 3. Breakfast was ok. 4. Location is good!

VERY disappointed not to be able to use the Hotel outdoor pool without having to pay a daily charge. There was virtually nobody swimming....such a shame we couldn't just go for a swim

The staff in reception. When I got to the hotel the guy in reception told me he can’t find my reservation Gave me a different apartment than what I ordered, old, dirty with bad smell Also asked me to pay 300 lei for early check-in I went back to him to ask for a renovated apartment like I reserved, had to wait the line again, took him a long time to get me one I wasted my “early checkin” on moving between apartment and he wasnt willing to give me back the money I paid for it The guy was very unpleasant

I enjoyed the location, convenient room, tasty breakfast, air cooling, and decent internet connection. The hotel is nicely close to the places I needed to visit. The downtown is nearby too. Unfortunately, I could not find a chance to enjoy the outdoor pool and the restaurant this time. Regardless of the time of the day (or rather the time of night), check-in and check-out went very smoothly.

I cannot name any real issues. A bottle of drinking water in the room would simplify the stay. Though, nearby, there are 24h shops open for any drinks you would need. The desktop lamp was connected to a socket with no electricity, but I figured it out and fixed it myself after switching the bulbs with another one.

I liked the location very much, spatious, clean rooms and the staff was very nice, polite and friendly Quiet rooms

Below are just suggestions, it s not something that I disliked or made our stay in any way bad. The pillows are too soft - it would be nice to have a taugher ones. In the bathroom there is a small bad smell from the sewage. Also, when there are 2 people staying in the room, it would be nice to receive bathroom supplies (sampoo, conditioner, shower gel) in double quantities, not only one tube for 2 persons. The same with the slippers (one pair for 2 people is not enough).

This is my go to spot whenever I'm in Bucharest - several times annually. Over the years I have explored other options but for the past seven years The Park Inn is where I stay. If you stay here for more than a week you'll discover you're being treated like a family member. The location in Sector 1 is perfect for tourists. The Restaurant, Sharkia, is great and there is a covered walkway to four other restaurants in the Radisson Blu. Plus access to World Class Fitness is a real bonus. No cramped little "Fitness Center" but a full scale gym with an indoor lap pool, free weights, cardio machines, - the whole nine yards.

Nothing, I love this place.

The room was good, the bed was comfortable, we had all the amenities expected. Hotel was quiet & breakfast was diverse & yummy. The pool is also very nice, although the sunbeds are a bit hard to find in the afternoon. Pool towels provided by the hotel & the jacuzzi part is amazing.

Room service is very poor. We ordered a coffee in the morning and after 30 min of waiting, we canceled the order. No shade or ashtrays on the balcony. The reception staff seemed fed up with their job, but the pool bartenders were ok. Also, the atmosphere at the pool would be better no music or with soft, lounger music.

Very good location (city center). Very friendly and helpful staf (specially Luisa at the front desk). Very clean in the rooms and everywhere. I had beautiful and comfortable days. Thank you!

The outdoor jacuzzi is not working (for months). The hotel says it is the fault of WorldClass. WorldClass says it is the fault of the hotel. Whoever is responsible for this situation fact is, it is not working and all customers (hotel and WorldClass) are suffering. Both hotel and WoldClass advertise with it but they keep it closed. This is bad service and bad for the image and should be solved.

The hotel itself is a little gem. The room is so modern and both me and my son were impressed the room is even provided with UK wall socket! The breakfast was fabulous, the lovely ladies from the breakfast were spot on, so were the people From housekeeping- lovely and helpful. However, what was quite disappointing is the fact that, the staff at Raddison Blue, where we needed to go to use the Business Centre were not friendly, not smiling and actually unhelpful . I needed access to the computer to work for an important international transfer, and therefore quietness and they kept being loud, saying rude language between eachother( the two men working back office) , upstair was a conference and there was food and beverage and I went to grab some coffee - but I was told in not a nice manner that I am not allowed and to go grab it downstairs! I spend hundreds of pounds for my stay and I could not even get a smile and a courtesy coffee?!?

This was a trip that ended with me in the hospital with Covid. I cannot say enough about how the Park Inn handled the situation. When I took a PCR to return to the States I tested positive. I told the staff atthe hotel and they requested that I isolate myself in my room, which I did. They delivered meals to me and extended my stay. Three days later my O2 levels plummeted (4:00 AM). I called the front desk and within five minutes there was an ambulance crew in my room treating me. I was taken to the Matei Bals Institute and remained there for six days. The staff at the Park Inn secured my room and made it available to me after I was discharged. The docrtors at the hospital suggested I not fly for another week just to make sure my O2 levels were stable. Again, the Park inn had not problem extendeding my stay. The treatment I recieved from the folks at the Park Inn was absolutely above any of my expectations. Kudos to the staff there and to the Radisson general manager who stayed in touch with me while I was in the hospital
