Comfortable hotel in an historic/al building, close to the „Old Town“. My room featured a beautiful view of the city. Very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was excellent (both in taste and in variety). Food ordered to the room came quick, hot, and at a reasonable price point. Will absolutely stay here again next time I’m in Bucharest.

Some little details didn’t quite match with the 5 star rating. No help getting luggage to the room, coffee not brought to the table during breakfast, interiors slightly worn. Frankly none of that really bothered me but if you (unlike me) are planning to get one of the rooms at the upper end of the price range, you might have a different opinion on that.

It was clean and comfortable. The view was nice and the staff friendly.

Overall my stay was nice and pleasant but there are small things that can be improved. Old furniture and bathroom fixtures. The street was pretty noisy, old windows didn’t do much to block it. Staff enetered the room to fix the safe box even though I had the “do not disturb” light on. They were polite and I was decent, but still, the light was on. I expected the food to be better: scrambled eggs kinda tasteless - almost no salt; pastry was too greasy and with a weird taste; only one option of yogurt left when I joined (8:30 am) - with fruits and sugar, I would have prefered the simple natural one.

Club King size room very comfortable and high quality with exceptionally helpful front desk and lobby staff. However, heating/aircon was stuck at 26 degrees all night which made sleeping difficult. No massage or jacuzzi available, but pool sauna and steam rooms all good.

Heating/aircon adjustments didn't seem to work, possibly not adjusted from the Winter to Spring/Summer settings? Italian restaurant in the hotel was closed (since Covid?) but hotel dining room open and plenty of dining options close by in the Old Town.

The view over Bucharest from level 19 is pretty good, however, we couldn't access the balcony due to a chain on the door. The balcony of the fitness centre was also locked. Obviously for safety concerns. The room was good, the bathroom was very good with a shower over the bath to keep the floor dry. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Everything was clean. Once we figured out how to get around the busy roads, we found the location pretty good and the tall building is really a landmark in a busy city.

The two standard lamps seemed to have an electrical problem, which we reported to staff at checkout, and we didn't use them. This didn't help the level of light at night, which was quite low. It wouldn't have been too much brighter even with these lamps. There were not many power points with Euro fittings to charge our devices, or to plug in the kettle tray. The aircon unit seemed to be quite old and didn't cool the room down very well.

Das Staff was trying to put in Effort, however I think the language barrier is often cause of miscommunication. The Cleaning lady was amazing. At first we thought she was trying to enter even tho we had but the no cleaning sign up, however we later discovered that the Door had not been closed properly by us and she was only locking the door properly to secure our room.

We missed smiling faces at the reception. Even a fake smile would have been nice.

. We booked a superior twin room. The room is large, has space for two large suitcases and has a large balcony. I arrived with my 84-year-old mother and asked for a bathroom without a bathtub, only with a shower. Because of her age the bathroom was accessible and it was great for her. Large bathroom. Bed linen and towels are changed every day. . Amazing breakfast!! Really enjoyed it. The hotel staff is very kind and helpful. Definitely recommend this hotel!

The cleanliness of the room was a little less careful but definitely reasonable

Good location, nice facilities.

One of the staff members (middle aged man) in the lobby counter had an awful attitude. He even suspected me being not honest about the minibar when I checked out the hotel, ridiculous.

Excellent and very helpful staff. Great Location

Unfortunately the air condition system was not so good. However the staff did their very best to help. And one has to understand that most of Europe is experiencing this heat wave. Another note, however I understand if there is a reason behind it, maybe the gym can open a bit earlier , I am an early riser, like going to the gym at around 5am.

The location was perfect for us.

The swimming and leisure facilities were closed for refurbishment which we were not aware of.

We came for my birthday celebration and experience was one of a kind! The view from the room was outstanding! Hotel is located In walking distance from all main attractions. We loved the facilities and staff was so friendly! Hotel has a pool with the beautiful city view on 22nd floor, which was a great escape from the heat.

Would be nice to have drinks at the bar in the pool area
