Cigarette smell in the room. Someone didn't respect the rules, not the hotel's fault. It was clean anyway.

The location couldn't be better for our stay. Large and comfortable room with modern design The hotel was spotless, the room was cleaned daily A big thank you to the staff, they were professional, polite and helpful, they provided an extra blanket to cover the springs of the sofa bed and helped us with a late check out when our flight was delayed. The wine bar downstairs with nice atmosphere. The room was sound proof and was extremely quiet.

A lot of people complained about the separate toilet and shower but I already encountered this in other 4* hotels of Barcelona, London or Athens so was not so blown out by it.

I give everyone a high five EXFEPT one lady at the breakfast restaurant. She practically YELLED and SCOLDED me for getting a cup of coffee at 630 in the morning . I realize that it is before the opening time but all I need is a cup of coffee and we had an early tour that morning . There were other early customers getting coffee but she targeted me. I felt awfully disrespected by this person and I believe her name is Cristina! Everybody else was excellent. I think she needed a class is customer service.

Central location on the most beautiful avenue of Bucharest, Calea Victoriei. Beautiful bright modern rooms, nicely decorated. I loved the intro clip from the tv menu about beautiful Romania, so heart touching. A plus that they have also special rooms pet friendly, my cat enjoyed so much sitting in the window and tanning all day. :) I have spent Christmas vacation with my parents for a week and our stay was perfect. The staff is very kind and helpful. The boys from reception and Andra if I remember well her name, Andreea from breakfast and her colleague, all the maids were so nice, same as the lady responsible for refills of mini bar. They all became like a mini family for us as well. This hotel has general feeling of good energy and coziness. Amazing breakfast, been to a lot of places, this one is exceptional. Congrats to all the team, you are doing a great work, especially when overwhelmed with so many guests during festive season. Looking forward seeing you again.

Everything was lovely, no complains. I wished that windows were opening a few cm only. :) I know they are made this way for safety reasons, a characteristic to many chain hotels. Air-con works well though, no issues.

The location is amazing, you are literally in the heart of the town. Despite that the rooms are very quiet. They are also quite big and cosy and very clean as well. Amazing fluffy towels and Rituals cosmetics at your disposal. The staff at the reception is friendly, unlike those in the restaurant where you pay for very mediocre meals. The pool is also not what the pictures are promising as well as what the hotel says about it. Breakfast has many options, but for my taste too much deep fried options in comparison to fresh vegetables and fruits. It is shameful that they are charging parking in their own garage for the guests of the hotel. All and all, a hotel that wants to be posh 4 stars place, but in practice deserves only 3.

Comfy beds, good breakfast, great restaurant and very nice place with view from upper floors..nice warm pool. Also to inform that shower/sink is other cabinet from toilet.

Windows did not open at all (could not import fresh air), expensive parking. The lights could be better

Excellent staff. My parents were there twice in the last six months and were treated amazingly.

Staff was friendly and responsive, location was excellent: close to all attraction, food was exceptional, ambiance was excellent: second floor balcony offered a great view of the street while enjoying a great glass of wine from their fine selection!

Room size, closet size and how warm the room was regardless of the setting on the temperature control and no ability to crack the window!

Matress and pillows not comfortable. There was an incident and my 6 years old son broke a vase at the reception area.We were told a few hours later that it costs 20 euro and if we wanted to pay.Ofcourse we paid BUT.I think they shouldnt charge because of the small price.We would pay the cost anyways but asking for 20 euros i think is not very professional from a big hotel. It was our fold as i said and we would pay but for such an amount ...

The location couldn't have been better. It's right in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore all the attractions and restaurants nearby. The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was excellent. They offered a wide variety of foods, catering to different tastes, which made for a great start to the day. Additionally, the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, which added to the overall positive experience.

One downside was that the bed was not very comfortable, which did affect my overall sleep quality.he matter wasn't comfortable
