The location is nice since it’s close to numerous great restaurants like La Cabana and The Catch. The free breakfast was pretty good and the staff were always willing to provide amenities at a moment’s notice. There’s also free parking and the staff was extremely accommodating. In fact, they made my stay better given the deficiencies. They deserve huge raises.

where do I start. I chose this hotel based on the pictures. Its in front of the beach, which made it charming. However, what the pictures don’t show is that there’s a major highway in between the beach and the hotel. The vehicles can be quite loud and, as a result, I would be woken up around 6am. The bed was also uncomfortable and there are numerous pigeons on the balcony. The staff offered to move us but there’s no escaping the car sounds. The parking is very tight so beware if you have a rental. There were also parties on Friday and Saturday that made it difficult to sleep.

Very nice welcome at check in, helpful people, very caring, extremely happy with that. This is what I call extreme good service. No nonsense, no fake, just helping with the things that matter. Explanations, billing, room key, late check in help, everything made simple and cool. Very important to receive such a welcome, makes me feel at home.

Breakfast is atrocious. American breakfast, can only be worse if it is made English breakfast. Puerto Rico is an island full of good food. No reason to make breakfast so disgusting and factory standard.

The employees are friendly and diligent. Mary, the person who cleaned the room, had the detail of leaving a note thanking her for the stay. That detail is appreciated. Room cleaning was excellent. The variety of food offered at breakfast is very good. I recommend this hotel. The price is right and the overall experience was great.

Breakfast after the first night was excellent, however the next breakfast was not pleasant due to the scrambled eggs having a burnt taste and the coffee having an unpleasant taste. My recommendation for the staff in charge of preparing food is that they taste it before serving it. I want to clarify that the people who worked in the first breakfast were not the same ones who worked in the second breakfast.

The pool have a Crain chair for easy access to the elderly or who ever have some problems getting in or out of the pool. That’s for me is amazing, that the hotel think for those who might have some limitations still can enjoy freely of the facilities. Awesome!

That the breakfast time might last a little longer. When you’re on vacation one wouldn’t like to wake up early and when you have children you’ll really need more time to get them ready.

The breakfast (Exceed a continental breakfast) quality was excellent combined with excellent personal attention that comply with the safety protocols from CDC and PR Health Dept. Location is in strategic point to travel any part of the Island.

Need to pay more attention to the high level of NOISE in all facilities like halls and pool. Also a good surveillance system like cameras and patrols were not observed during my stay. But generosity of personal overlap this deficiencies.

Nothing to do really and the beach across the street isn’t swimable .

Everything! Is our 2nd time staying at the hotel. Room was clean and spacious, air conditioning was working perfect. Hot water 👍. And the breakfast was really good. And very friendly staff. Looking forward for the next stay.

The facility was very clean. The bar at the hotel open daily. The workers at the facility were extremely accommodating. Location to San Juan was not expensive for Uber.Also most of the roofers have a ocean view balcony.

We were not informed that you pay dearly if you want a refrigerator in your room so just a heads up if you get a refrigerator it’s $10 per day

the location the beach in the front of the hotel was very dirty but 2 km down was paradise

Property was perfect. Room was clean, nice location. And a beautiful view to the beach. Breakfast was real good.

The only thing that I personally didn’t like was coffee. I’am used to drink my coffee with milk,not with creamer. But everything else was real good.
