Courtyard by Marriott San Juan Miramar

The staff and restaurant personnel were very helpful. Area was clean and well stocked. The Maid, Nancy, made sure the room had plenty of water and coffee. Its nice to come back and have the room done and stocked. Thanks Nancy If you want a cool place to hang out, go to Distrito T-Mobile, its a $dollar Uber ride from the Hotel. pubs, restaurants, Gaming and plenty of things to do for the entire family. Mattresses are not comfortable at all. There was a constant noise from above like something rolling. The Windows are not double pain that would assist from hearing people talking...even though I was on the 11th floor. Room was facing the street, so they should try to put heavier curtains or something with the windows to dampen the noise.

Easily accesible, central location to nearby amenities, very clean areas and exceptional staff. Security is tops around the property. Special thanks to our wonderful parking attendants, they did a terrific job!

Room needs updating, dresser has loose drawers, AC hard to set at comfortable level but adequate. Parking fee we consider rather excessive but is at competitive level with other hotels in the area. We’ve stayed at several Marriott hotels in the mainland and parking is generally complementary.

The room was clean and comfortable.

For the price of the room the price was high. You barely had enough room to walk between the bed and dresser. Barely enough room for our suite case as we stayed there before catching our cruise ship! Other than the size of the room the Courtyard Marriott Miramar was nice hotel. We booked a King room.

Location, staff friendliness and knowledge

The AC in the room was not working properly. Had to lower the temperature to 66 to make it feel like 70

The location, food and staff were all up to scratch. We would stay here again. The pool was a little small but we didn't use it so no point complaining about that. Was a short ride to the cruise port, which is one of the reasons I chose this hotel and location.

Nothing to complain about!

The bed was comfortable and a good size. The view from our room room was nice. A lot of restaurants walking distance and to Condado was a 6 min drive :) Pool was a little small but warm and nice to swim at night with the cool lights

Absolutely difficult to find parking since they don't have parking. Had to park on streets (They did have valet parking but was charging a crazy amount per night) No free breakfast.

The location was easily accessible to EVERYTHING I needed!

My room did not have enough chairs for two! There was only one chair available for 2 persons!

Lots of good coffee spots close by. Definitely check out Hacienda San Pedro and Gustos, just a 5 minute work from the hotel each. Also the hotel was very clean and the staff were great and very kind and helpful. Overall I would recommend this hotel. Great experience for great price

Housekeeping only came by every 3 days which got annoying. Also, you can only do valet with parking.

Great experience all around, my family enjoyed waking up to go down for breakfast every morning. Staff were very helpful . We’ll organize and clean. I look forward to do it again and again.
