Hyatt Place Bayamon

The staff were very friendly and our room was cleaned everyday except for the day of Fiona as there was limited staff working. Breakfast could have been better but was served every morning as advertised. Bed was comfortable and rooms were very nice as we had a view of the main street. Having the mall with a Walmart inside behind the hotel was nice and I was able to check in upon arrival at noon when check in wasn't until 3. Casino like 30 steps from door was good if you like to gamble. I would go back

Nothing to do in the hotel after the mall closes. Had a bar with no bartender. Staff checking you in had to do both. Some entertainment would have been nice as the hotel had ample space in the lobby and nice size mtg room which could have been used for live bands, karaoke or a DJ. A shuttle to and from mall would have been nice as it's hot and you have to walk under a parking garage to get there.

The location was great, the laundry room was very helpful to have in the hotel, the breakfast in the morning was really good and convenient and the price for our stay was good. The hotel also felt very clean, well maintained and the staff was really nice. It's really hard to find a room that will sleep more than four and we always need sleeping for 5 so it's nice to find a room that accommodates us without forcing us to pay a large price for a big fancy room or getting two rooms.

One of the beds was a little uncomfortable and very creaky even with the smallest movement

I thought that the breakfast and the hotel overall were great. The rooms and lobby were clean and the staff were always very friendly and able to help us out with whatever we needed. The stay overall was wonderful.

The only part that I was not satisfied with was that the wifi was down the entire time that I was staying there which meant that I had to use a lot of roaming data. Apart from that, the stay was great.

The breakfast offering was very good pretty much at the same level I've had at Hyatt's and other hotels in other US locations. The staff is VERY friendly and helpful and go the extra mile to satisfy your request. Kudos to the hotel staff...Gracias.

The only item I found a bit odd was that you had to pay for daily parking fee as a hotel guest. In addition, the hours that breakfast was made available perhaps could be extended until maybe 9:00 or 9:30AM for those that are not early risers.

it is close to a shopping center with a Walmart so it was convo for any missed travel items such as sunscreen every single person we interacted with was nice and accommodating- we arrived very late from the airport and they allowed us to get the most for our money and gave us plenty of space to rest the breakfast was also very good too

When we arrived the parking structure that the maps leads you to was closed so you have to map to the hotel directly to see the front lobby and thus the dedicated hotel parking around the corner. I would add more signs leading to that parking structure

the hotel is always a good experience. the room is great, the pool area is a bonus and the location is perfect. the breakfast is very good

the casino brings a crowd to the hotel. the valet takes never less than 15 min. The noise in the corridors is more than should be acceptable and the line at the reception does not meet the standards

Pool was a little cold, in the shade for most of the day. Staff did tell us when we arrived we would have to have a negative COVID test within 48 hours of arrival and also another test to leave and go back to US. The cost of these tests were 100 dollars a piece. My family of 5 spent an exorbitant amount of time looking for testing centers who could get the results back to us before leaving. All of this information was FALSE! We did not need negative COVID tests to enter the US.

We very planning for a 4 night stay in San Juan and after 1 night in another san Juan room(?) booked from booking dot com- my son and I were convinced that staying at Natural Village was hazardous to our health- shame on booking dot com- we were desperate to find a safe hotel for 3 nights until cruise- Hyatt was expensive but wad exactly what we needed. Your welcome to call me for more details-BUT DOES BOOKING DOT COM REALLY CARE?

The bed was confortable but the A/C never really got below 70 F and was very noisy.

One or the two elevators available was’t working during the whole stay.At check-in, I had to wait one hour until the second one was fixed so I could go to the room and when I took the stairs the next day, it had laundry/garbage cart in the middle that made me had to go all the way down to basement exit door which took me to the back of the hotel, when I told front desk they just told me that there is another staircase on the other side.

overall, a great hotel. Everything was clean. The staff is friendly, I liked the breakfast, and the location was perfect for me. I would definitely stay there on my next visit to PR.

The only thing I would suggest is changing the way and how you get the parking ticket. It was hard to reach from the car whether coming in or leaving.
