PURO Warszawa Centrum

Rooms are fully equipped with amenities and robes, the design of the hotel is very stylish and in the evening there is an amazing view in the bar no the top floor. There is also spa, but I unfortunately I haven't been there. Breakfast was delicious! And also there is a free coffee all day long for the guests

In the morning around 6 am there was a noise from the street from the garbage truck that was collecting glass bottles. That woke me up. It is a cool idea to be able to manage everything in your room with iPad, but when you're really tired all you want just a simple button to switch on/off the lights, and manual curtains)))

Everything was great, good location, very clean and cool design.

We almost missed our flight because the girl in the lobby sent our taxi to a wrong airport. We only asked her to call a taxi for us and told her that we were going to the airport. After the taxi had driven for quite some time I checked were we were and that was on the opposite direction from Chopin airport. We have been twice before to the city and the taxi has always taken us to Chopin airport. So this was not a great situation because we had to turn around and the traffic was not helping. Also it was not enjoyable to pay 400 pln for a short ride ....

We've stayed with PURO Hotels several times in other cities now and love the overall styling and attention to detail throughout the rooms and hotel in general. Super comfy bed, amazing shower and toiletries. Location is ideal for wandering into the Old Town and within walking distance of some of Warsaw's best areas for food and drink.

We know the size of the rooms at PURO are on the smaller side and normally that doesn't bother us. But when you factor in a loud extractor fan in the bathroom that does not turn off and the air-con that is always on, it's maybe not the ideal environment for a totally peaceful night's sleep. You can open a 'window' (it's a panel, not a glass window) slightly which is meant to disable the air-con, but this window opens onto the massive LED lights that cover the hotel's facade, leading to the room being far too bright at night. Could these LED lights be dimmed slightly overnight?

Great location. Minutes away from shops and short walk to restaurants, bars and the old town. The room was comfortable as always. We always stay in puro hotels when we visit Poland and they never disappoint!

It was the second time I stayed in this hotel. It was still as good, or even better, than I remembered. I love the modern style, the design of the hotel and the location is just perfect! It is very, very centrally located in the city center of Warsaw, yet has a quiet location. In the street and the neighborhood there are plenty of shops, cafés, restaurants, ... The hotel itself is very stylish. Staff are very friendly. I like the lobby where you can sit/read/chat and also the roof top terrace is very nice. The room itself was spacious and had everything I needed. The bed and pillows were very comfortable! Especially liked the lights and the possibility to open a window (which is not often provided). On my next trip to Warsaw I definitely would like to stay here again.

The hotel seems to cater especially younger, quite rich and posh people. Not exactly my crowd. Some guests at the roof top terrace for instance where not really polite to the staff. A very minor comment: the lighting in the bathroom (mirror) could be better. But these are just minor things. I really enjoyed my stay!

Perfect location. Excellent free walking (city) tour. Wonderful breakfast. Friendly staff.

Breakfast: oat milk not offered as option. Tables were not cleared frequently - not prepared for next guests. Possibly understaffed in the restaurant during morning hours. There is room for improvement.

Great design of the hotel, great location - within walking distance of all major sights. The lobby is quite nice, but the star of the show is their rooftop bar terrace - perfect views to the city skyline. Good coffee as well. They also have a nicely equipped gym (perhaps a little small - can get crowded) and a SPA which we did not try.

Our room was VERY cold with aircon blowing all the time (not needed since the weather was not that hot). The controls to the air con did not work with no way to turn it off (the control unit was discharged and worked after we charged, but you can only decrease or increase the temp by 3 degrees - no way to turn it off). The hotel staff told us they will turn it off manually, but never did so. We were extremely cold all the time while inside the room. Really poor staff management of this issue (especially after telling us they will take care of it).

First of all, I would like to express my admiration for the great interior design and implementation. The facilities were great, the spa was amazing but a little bit pricey, the breakfast was delicious and the room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. The room tablet was a nice touch because you could basically control everything from lighting, tv, blinders, sound and privacy features from there. The upstairs bar was great and the drinks were really well made. The staff was really friendly and accommodating and the hotel is very central, easily reachable by bus or car from the airport and close to every sight we wanted to visit.

No necessarily something bad about the property but beware that the drinks in the upstairs bar, food in the restaurant and spa features are quite pricey for Warsaw, but overall, somehow worth it. However, the prices for room service are a bit exaggerated.

The decor, the plants, the furniture, all very lovely and stylish. I enjoyed how peaceful the room was, and it was very clean. The restaurant food was very tasty and the staff were all friendly, including the reception staff who helped me with suggestions for local restaurants to visit. My spa visit on the final day was amazing - I enjoyed a full body massage, and then relaxed in the steam room directly after that - It was very relaxing and next time I'll be sure to book a few more sessions during my stay!

I struggle to think of something that I did not like... Perhaps it would be nice if the restaurant stayed open a little later in the evening.

Everything was absolutely great and they get full marks for comfort, style, design, great staff and a very good gym. The hotel is on trend , butreally practical and stylish. I will be seeking this chain out when I am travelling in the future The room was well designed , bed was comfortable and everything felt new. There was a proper hairdryer !! (If you have long hair and travel a lot you will know how rare this is). The gym is modern and well laid out. Even with several people in there it didn’t feel cramped. Good workspace / meeting area in the lobby I ate in the restaurant and the food was good - decent selection of wines by the glass. The hotel is very central :- 10 mins walk from the central station and 15 mins to the old town. Heaps of shops nearby if that’s your thing. what I also liked was the recycling bin by the lift - it’s discreet and a great idea instead of throwing plastic waste in the bin. i was very happy with the hotel Wish I could have stayed longer
