Hotel MDM City Centre

I liked everything about the place, starting with helpful and curious front desk stuff to the delicious and plentiful breakfast. The room was clean and very comfortable. The windows were nicely insulated, which meant that the notices coming from the main road outsode were completely muted. The location of the hotel was very convenient, it took us about 18 minutes to walk to the main train station and half an hour to the old town square.

Location is central, rooms are large, convenient and very clean. Breakfast is ok, view from the restaurant is really cool.

There was a confusion with my booking - I requested quite room with double bed, but the hotel proposed only double bed room facing street and twin one facing courtyard (I choose twin one, which is not super convenient option). The hotel location overall is very central, but quite noisy, as there are two large streets, tram line, and even courtyard has huge ventilation units, so it can be difficult to sleep with windows open. Soundproofing also could be better.

The best client service ever! We arrived in the hotel at about 10 am. We were very tired – Ukraine is fighting Russia now and because of the war, the road to Europe for Ukrainians takes not hours by a flight, but days by buses and trains. Early check-in was not possible because the hotel was fully occupied, so the reception manager called top manager and agreed with him that we would be relocated at the hotel’s cost to their other hotel also downtown and of higher ranking. We are very grateful for the assistance and highly recommend the hotel.

The room was very spacious with large windows and doors with the view from the window on the busy city but at night it was wonderful. The bathroom clean with toiletries, towels and hair dryer available. There was a kettle in the room and drinks were refilled every day. the breakfast were delicious with vegetarian options every day and if you were lucky to sit at a table by the window to watch busy the street but and you could enjoy your time. bus stop just 2 minutes away.

It was a clean tourist hotel that included a satisfactory breakfast. it was great proximity to teams, trains and buses and restaurants literally outside the door. the aircon worked, the staff were accommodating and it felt safe.

looks like they are renovating reception area. there wasn’t anywhere other than the room to sit and work. There was no bar to have a drink at after a day of sightseeing or working.

Fabulous hotel in an iconic location. The rooms were spacious, modern and comfortable with tea/coffee-making facilities and a fridge. The breakfast was varied and delicious in a room with a wonderful view. The staff were friendly and polite. The price was a bit out of our budget but we thought it was worth it for 2 nights.

Everything was perfect:-) would have liked our family of 5 to have stayed altogether in 1 room though.

The hotel is located close to Politechnika Metro Station. There are coffee shops, restaurants, stores and supermarkets, tram stations nearby. We covered most sightseeing areas on foot from hotel. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The room was rather small, but comfortable for a short stay. The bathroom was spacious. The soap, shampoo was nice and easy to use. Breakfast had lots of choices and was fresh and delicious.

We wish the body wash and shampoo were separate, but it didn’t matter much.

The location and the view to Constitution Square was fantastic. Comfortable beds and shower working properly. The Breakfast Buffet was very good.

Unfortunately this hotel doesn't have a loft or launch to bring your laptop and work for a few hours. The Area where you have breakfast is big but is not available after the Breakfast time, so you only have the small space in your room. An extra launch room in one of the floors of this hotel will definitely make a change and will make me stay again there, otherwise, price wise, I will have better facilities options for nearby for the same price.

I liked location of the facility as well as building it is located in. It has comfortable rooms and also nice breakfast is served in the morning. Nice restaurants are just near by. Public transport stops is just in front of the hotel building. Old city and city center are a walking destination away.

Hotel was not able to provide a room with a view, even it it was an essential feature of my reservation. At first I got a room with inner yard view. After a complaint room was changed into room with a side street view. It was a disappointment..

The room is located in a mid-spot between the airport and the main train stations, making it very convenient. Also, around you can find many restaurants and a couple supermarkets. The staff was as always super friendly and helpful. I requested a quiet room and they got it for me, which allowed me to rest and work perfectly. Room was ample and very clean.

Not a complaint, but just an observation: the hotel is located about 3 km from the Old Town and most "touristic" places in Warszawa.
