The breakfast was very good. The hotel is near the center. The view from my room was excellent. The city is wonderful.

I would like a mini refrigerator in my room, but all the rest are perfect. The hotel is VFM.

The staff displayed kindness, politeness, and helpfulness, promptly addressing any concerns I raised. The location perfectly suited my needs, being close to stores, restaurants, and a patrol station. Excellent value for money.

The breakfast offerings had extremely limited vegan options. I believe a significant improvement could be achieved by incorporating essential products like soy, oat, or almond milk, along with a broader selection of vegan food beyond the current options of bread, cucumbers, and tomatoes. It can be quite frustrating for a vegan to pay for breakfast only to find inadequate options, preventing them from enjoying coffee or morning cereals. The absence of basic and common vegan alternatives, such as oat milk, not only hinders a varied diet but also restricts the overall breakfast experience to basic items like bread with mustard/ketchup, cucumbers, and tomatoes.

The reception manager told us that the hotel ungraded the level of accommodation for us (it was unexpected and free of charge as a promotion). We stayed in The Campanile, nextdoor hotel at the same building but 3-star rating. It was nice and comfortable. It has perfect location, quiet inside. We found tea spot in the room wich was very helpful in our case of late check-in and early check-out. The room and the bath were clean. The bed was comfy. We were satisfied

Nothing essential

The hotel is situated about a 15 minute walk from the central railway station. There are buses and trams to the old town but I chose to walk, sightseeing and visiting museums each day. It takes about a 40 minute walk to reach the old town which was fine for me. The rooms were clean and comfortable. I faced away from the road and the room was very quiet both internally and externally. The shower worked fine and I had a good nights sleep for each of the four nights I stayed. As I arrived at lunchtime, the hotel directed me to the restaurant in a the neighbouring hotel as I couldn’t see many restaurants in the area.

The price included breakfast. I would have preferred scrambled eggs rather than the boiled eggs on offer. However, the hotel provided what I needed for my stay.

Great breakfast (buffet). The rooms are clean. The staff are friendly. Near the city center. Walk 15 min to the old town. 5 minutes' walk you can easily find the supermarket. and pastry shop (they made a great cake, and price are very cheap).

because near the subway, do not open the window - Train noise; Room is small, but it's cleaning. the shower space is very small, not for 200 lb.. no telephone, the TV is not working. no refrigerator, no water, if you want to drink water, you need go front desk to buy it, or you can go walk 5 min buy water in the supermarket.

I spent one night in Warsaw. Having booked a 1-star hotel, I did not have high expectations, but this hotel pleasantly surprised me. Very clean room. Girls at the reception are very pleasant and ready to help in any situation. A huge bed, also a huge bathroom with a large shower cabin. Good Wi-Fi. If I will be in Warsaw again, I will definitely choose this hotel. P.S. I didn't ordered breakfast because I wanted to sleep longer, so I can't rate the breakfast.

I liked everything

1. Great variety for breakfast which was brilliant for the money paid, plus there was a high chair for my little one 2. Our views were amazing from the room 3. Where our room was, it was very quiet which was great

1. The bathroom could do with a simple bath mat to step out on to, as whilst there is a sign that says slippy, it doesn't actually prevent it being slippy so this could be a good way to stop it being dangerous 2. Could also do with a hand towel as we just had two towels and had to use our body towels for our hands

The hotel has a very good location, as it is between the central station and the old town. The room was very clean and comfortable, and the staff was very friendly. Totally recommended.

The shower is too small, you can't move much because there is no space and because the water runs outside and the whole bathroom gets wet. In addition, it has a shower curtain, which sticks to your body, since the size of the shower is small, which makes bathing very difficult.

They were very friendly to the dogs :) (I was a traveler with a dog). The room was small but cozy, perfect for a one night stay which we needed because we were traveling with my dog throughout the country. I stayed in multiple hotels in Warsaw and this is our favorite. It also has a dog friendly restaurant next door and is close to the Central Station.

The place maybe need some small fixing in a corridor, but for me personally that wasn't important at all.

I liked the room, this was on 6th floor with a nice view to city. The room was comfortable and quiet. Nice location, close to railway and Central station. Nice staff.

Bathroom. After you take a shower, there is a lot of water on the ground everywhere which seems not disappearing itself and there is no equipment how to collect that water. I needed to use a normal towel for that. Either ground towel or some other equipment would be needed for that. Else you will step on that water everytime you are using toilet.
