Hampton by Hilton Krakow

The hotel is in walking distance from the Tauron Arena and just few minutes driving distance from the city center. The room was extra clean with a small water boiler, tea, coffee, sugar, etc. The bathroom was big enough and well equipped (hairdryer, soap, shampoo, body lotion, conditioner, etc). The breakfast was very delicious and there was a wide selection of food (different types of baked goods, cereals, fried eggs, black pudding, tomato beans, pastries, vegetables, waffles, fruit juice, coffee made from freshly grounded coffee beans and many more.)

The parking place seems to be a public parking place, and there was a concert in the Arena. So even if paying the more hundreds of zloty for the room, we had to hunt for a parking place. But I guess it is not an issue when there is no event in the Arena.

It is well standardized Hilton 3 star product. When I book Hampton I always sure what I receive. Breakfast is included in all categories which is cool. There was a free parking outside which is perfect. May be we were lucky. We booked at the day of arrive and price was lower than usual.

Book through their own system Honors. First, it is slightly cheeper. Second, you will earn points to use in the future. I would not recommend use Booking.com for Hilton hotels as you always overpay. ( And booking says I am at the 3 level Genius status.)

Very clean, amenities more than sufficient for the price. The breakfast was great as well with an open-buffet which is imho the best model for hotel breakfasts. In the room a small bottle of free water (a nice gesture), AC with a precise thermostat, large shower with shampoo, conditioner and shower gel provided. The bed was cery comfortable, curtains block out light completely, which makes it easy to fall asleep. It was also very quiet in my floor and the location of the hotel means that you will likely hear no cars passing by that often. Overall, I loved it and next time I’m in Kraków, I’ll definitely prefer to stay there.

The WiFi in the hotel is of good speed, however the diagnostic data collected by the vendor „to make troubleshooting easier” made me a bit concerned. The location is good but it’s a bit off the beaten track and the lighting on Kosynierów street from where I arrived was not great, so next time I think I’d take a cab. Nothing that the hotel can do about it, maybe just a tip for whoever reads this review to watch out for cars and walk carefully.

After an unfortunate stay at the Hilton Warsaw, we were prepared for the worst. But surprisingly we liked it. There is no additional charge for a child (6 years old). The breakfast was great, but the main thing was croissants and bacon)) The staff is very nice and polite! Dinner at the hotel - nice waitresses, delicious food. The room was not cleaned until 2 o'clock, but we went to the reception and cleaned everything, changed the bed, added water. I write about this because in some hotels it is considered the norm not to change linen. Parking at the hotel is free, but on the street.

Hampton - overall facilities with the best quality. Family room is very big and comfortable. Clean and fresh.

The reception staff was not able to find the reservation from booking.com. And another one was made at the reception desk. There was a risk to have wrong (high) price. Some plant under the window for the processing of concrete. Dust, noise, unpleasant smell of cement dust. The car parked for 1 night was very dirty.

I paid to use the spa of the other Hilton next door , the spa was great 👍 Breakfast was superb Comfortable double bed English news channels on tv I liked my room

The hotel is in an isolated area with nothing nearby at all , no bars and restaurants near it , in the suburbs in a low class area. There was horrible rubbish dumps outside the hotel so no nice view at all . You will have to use lots of taxis to go out to the city

Excellent clean big room with 2 beds, big choice of breakfast buffet. Big parking zone for your car.

No information in the room about the required wi-fi password. Probably I had to ask it on reception before go to my room. There was impossible to change Hampton by Hilton Krakow to the hotel nearby the airport Hampton by Hilton Krakow Airport booked by mistake. Due to this problem I had to change my business trip schedule.

Very good delicious breakfasts. Luggage storage is free for visitors. There was a iron in the room which is helpful. Not bad location in a cosy patient venue. Room cleaning. Some TV channels in English. Staff speaks English well

One towel was torn and there were hairs on it from previous visitors. The sink in the bathroom was installed on the big height (7-8cm higher than the usual standard). Compartment door to the bathroom (as in trains). Looks a bit weird.

Breakfast was varied and unique (never had this style breakfast before), cleanliness of hotel and room, shower was great. Coffee machines were great also. Reception refrigerated my insulin.

Breakfast was very busy. Shower tray was "soft" and weird. Sofa bed was very uncomfortable. Car park (third party company) machine wasn't working and location was not available on APCOA website.

Nice comfortable hotel with good breakfast.

Parking is complicated. It seems, that you can park your car to the Double Tree area and pay in the reception, but the signs point you to the generic large parking area, where one hour costs 3 PLN. Instructions are in polish, you can pay only with a contactless bank card or coins. Cards with PIN code or PLN notes are not accepted.
