The Loft Hotel Adults Only

As soon as we walked into the hotel we were stunned with how BEAUTIFUL it was inside, the receptionists greeted us in a super friendly manner and offered to bring our bags to our room as we arrived earlier than check in time. When we checked in we were given a glass of welcoming drinks and a Samsung phone which was the key to our room, we could control the lights and air conditioning in the room with this as well as call reception if needed. Our room was beautifully spotless and stocked with a mini fridge full of FREE soft drinks which was REFILLED daily, a bottle of Prosecco, coffee and tea, the bathroom was refilled with luxury toiletries. The bed was super comfortable, the room is well equipped and really AESTHETICALLY pleasing. Breakfast was a HUGE BUFFET with plenty choices of cold meats, cheeses, fruit, breads and lots more as well as having some HOT BREAKFAST items available for order. Plenty of juices served or coffee and tea. There is a HOT TUB on the roof of the hotel with plenty of lounge chairs and let me tell you, the VIEW of the city at night is AMAZING from the rooftop. The !ncredible Pizzeria Restaurant in the hotel serves lovely fresh thin based pizza which is delicious. This hotel is also super close walk to everything you want to visit in the city. 100% recommend.

The property was clean and spacious and we only had the standard room. We had a bottle of fizz and soft drink mini bar complimentary in the room which was a lovely added touch. We were able to do a bag drop both arriving and departing both free of charge and safe and secure. For room access we were given a phone as the key and room controls for lights and blinds. On the phone you could also ring reception or the restaurant to order food and drinks. There was also the option that whilst you were out you could leave the phone at reception as there was someone on the desk 24/7. It was a quick 10 min walk to the old town, 15 min walk to shopping centre and around 15 min walk to jewish quarter. The room had plenty of towels and also robes and slippers for the hot tub and sauna.

There were a couple of staff less helpful than others but I think this is because we were lucky enough to start with the staff that wanted to go above and beyond.

Absolutely everything!!! The hotel is new and modern. Great location- 7 min walk to the main square. There is a free parking in hotel territory. Very nice staff, welcome drinks are provided during arrival. Room key is mobile phone. Everything in room can be remotely controlled by mobile phone - lights, air conditioning, TV, window blinds. Room is very well equipped till the smallest detail for example umbrella. There is even an option to change bed mattress for harder/softer. Free of charge bottle of prosecco in room is a nice welcome gift. We loved completely everything. On rooftop is located jacuzzi and sunbeds. We were lucky enough to enjoy it completely alone with wonderful city view. Hotel has a nice restaurant on the 1st floor, breakfast is from 7-12!!! Till 12 - finally the hotel where you can get proper sleep and don't miss the breakfast. Breakfast was truly fabulous as advertised. You can choose specially for you made hot dish like omlett, scramble, pancakes. Additionally is wide variety of vegetables, fruits, cheese plates, pickled vegetables, prosciutto, flakes etc, different kind of juices and of course prosecco. Overall amazing stay, pity that we were on our way home and could enjoyed only one night there. Brilliat. Thanks

It’s a lovely hotel with a spacious, clean bedroom that comes with a hi-tech phone and iPad which allows you to control systems in the room such as lights, blinds, air-con and more! Was cleaned everyday and had such a comfy, soft bed and you also get lovely soft dressing gowns and slippers. You could sync your phone to the tv as well so could watch anything you like. Has a great bonus of a sauna and jacuzzi. Great options for the included breakfast. A 5 minute walk from the main square as well so it’s perfect for getting everywhere. Can’t complain at all with anything! Will definitely be recommending and coming back.

Not a big deal at all but maybe a booking system in place for the jacuzzi like there is for the sauna, so it could feel a bit more private- but not a major issue!

Reception staff very nice especially the 2 blonde girls when checking in at 3pm on Monday 2nd October. Room is unique, big, shower was lovely, nice that the fridge was replenished, bed comfortable.

Didn’t like impatient restaurant staff at breakfast. Our first morning (Monday 2nd) we hadn’t sat a table we were looking at the continental food and a young guy brown hair late teens/early twenties handed us the menu asked what we wanted to eat. He didn’t understand we wanted to wait 5 minutes to give us time to have a look at the food, find a table. On our second last day I noticed he did the same thing to a customer. There wasn’t a big choice of food, had omelette every morning.

Really clean and stylish hotel. Good breakfast and some surprisingly high-quality pizzas. The personnel was very helpful. The pool is a nice bonus. Perfect location for our needs, between Old Town and Kazimeres.

The only small thing was some hassle with our room lock which ran out of batteries so we couldn’t enter our room. We waited some 0,5h extra. Mobile phone as a key is innovative, but a bit clumsy too.

The room was great with a wonderful view. Everything was modern, from the cell phone room key to the automated window blinds and lights. The fully stocked mini fridge, all complementary, was above and beyond. The hotel is only a 5-7 minute walk to downtown Krakow. The pizza restaurant on the ground floor was super and the free breakfast was fantastic, with a hot menu to order from as well. All around great hotel! this is how all hotels should be! I wish there was more of these hotels around Poland!!!

Very kind staff, restaurant and rooftop jacuzzi open 24/7, comfortable beds, free drinks on arrival, and they even gave us a discount for next stay which can be used at any time, and can even be given as gift to someone else. They were super friendly and customer oriented. Breakfast available up to 12o clock. Simply amazing, this was the most pleasant hotel experience we've ever had

We were impressed by the very friendly competent staff. The food at the restaurant was delicious. We enjoyed the breakfasts. Free parking is a welcome option in Kraków. I really need to highlight again the FANTASTIC service provided by staff at reception and the restaurant.

The sound isolation from outside was very good but we could hear some voices from another room. (Perhaps it was just our room.) The use of beautiful soft textures as decoration for the wall and floors in the corridors looked in a poor state with stains and tears. (Perhaps the need to disinfect and clean more often due to Covid-19 is the reason.) The hairdryer was a bit temperamental. Getting a mobile phone as a key was inconvenient as it was bulky and heavy. A simple card would have been much better.

Great facilities and accommodated several requests including airport transfers and a birthday welcome. Excellent facilities on site including a hot tub and sauna. When we visited in November we found the hot tub to be mostly private, though on the odd occasion we were joined by other couples. The standard room is a high standard. Everything being controlled by a provided phone is excellent, both room service and refreshments to the roof couldn't have been easier.

There is no storage in the standard room. We felt guilty as clothes from our suitcases were littered around each morning and it must have made housekeeping's job much more difficult. Breakfast is very basic and we chose not to eat it more than once. If I'm being really picky it's also a little too warm
