The room was small but well-cleaned, and the arrangement of the furnishings made sense. However, the toilet was positioned next to the wall in a way that forced us into an awkward position. The breakfast was pleasant, offering a sufficient variety of food, especially for Mediterranean individuals like myself." Having a Gym is somewhat important to me. The location was close enough to the center city and to my work office.

The gym is so old and clunky and there wasn't any ventilation in it. The shower was too short, making it difficult to position it from the top down (and I am not that tall). If you are somehow light sensitive during your sleep, you'd better get a eye cover. The window only has curtains and they are not sufficient to block the light in the morning.

We got comfort room with a quick schedule and the staff was very helpful and friendly. The location is much more peaceful but still everything is quite close and the price dropped quite a lot. Air conditioner was very good in the room and it came with a small desk with nice city view. Bed is comfortable to sleep.

Room was ”comfort” but the room was quite a tight fit with big bed. Bathroom had a bathtub ehich is nice, but if you’re not mobile you might want to get other room since bathtub’s side is quite high. A lot of noice comes from other rooms and from the outside specially on the weekends, for example ambulances and polices were driving a lot by the hotel.

I had the lounge so I enjoyed the space (two rooms) and a kettle to make tea/coffee with free selection of tea bags and coffee sachets. Complimentary bottles of water were also appreciated. I liked the idea of having a possibility to take a flower pot to my room. I also liked the concept of contributing to saving the environment and being rewarded for that. The beds were very comfortable. Breakfasts were exceptional. The staff was friendly. The location was good.

The only thing I was missing was a small fridge. There was a safe, which I never use anywhere, so the fridge would be much more appreciated.

It's good for a short stay! The bed was quite comfortable. It's mordern in style and looks really nice!

The room was ok but the bathroom and the toilet was badly cleaned plus lots of hair all around - in the bathroom and on the walls! I was dissapointed not to have a little fridge in the room and a kettle:((( The size of the room is really small!

The personnel is nice and helpful, the breakfast has great diversity and is delicious, and the rooms are perfect for rest, change and work. You can even leave a bag outside the door for not cleaning the apartment (a greener solution) and as they don't have to clean they leave you a gift. Such a good idea to incentivize good practices.

It has a good terrace outside to socialize but it would be great if there was a common room with a pool/billiard or games.

The overall experience of the hotel is good. It is one classic "network hotel". The room was good.

The check in proccess can improve. The breakfast can be really crowdy. The location is not the best you can take. It is not a big issue, but it sure has to be put in account while planning the trip.

Vienna House exceeded my expectations. The facilities are really good, including the room, and the bathroom (with a bathtub!). There's a simple gym with everything that you need. Breakfast has a lot of continental and local specialties. The restaurant has a nice small menu and the food was great. Everything is cozy and well-designed. The hotel is within the walking distance of the Krakow main train station.

It was a bit too warm in the room and the AC didn't seem to work.

The staff especially at the reception and in the bar was very nice and helpful

The hotel definitely needs some refreshing. Very thin walls, could hear cleaning ladies talking in the hall. For that price I would expect better conditions.

Breakfast was really great and far enough for me to start the day. There is a variety of breads, saldas, fruit, so really awesome considering the prices of the room.
