From the first night to the last it was great and the best of all was we were going on a early full day trip and girl at reception who we do not know her name was great we asked could we have some take away breakfast if it was possible and it was possibly the nicest jesture we ever had its nice to know there still nice people around Krakow is a beautiful city well done 👍

Nothing to dislike

Staff are very friendly nothing is a problem to them just ask they really do there best to help if you need anything, Breakfast has everything you could possibly want, dinner menu is also good, the hotel is absolutely spotless, we stayed in a suite it was very comfortable big bed and super comfy, all you needed in the room tea, coffee, water, and a balcony to sit outside with a courtyard view ( only some rooms have balconys) Hotel is a 15 minute walk to the square, cross the river, walk straight ahead you will eventually arrive at the square.

Can't think of anything. you would be hard pushed to find a fault with anything in my opinion, this is a very good hotel and you get what you pay for. The swimming pool,jacuzzi, sauna are well looked after with strict rules when it comes to cleanliness

Excellent breakfast, facility for chef cooking poached eggs etc would have been super. A slightly bigger room would have been good.

Cheaper price!

Staff were very helpful polite, hotel was lovely and clean , the cleaning staff never seemed to go home. Reception and managers very helpful when we needed advice and we were very grateful

Breakfast was very busy we felt a little unsafe with everyone pushing past eachother, during this pandemic it might be a suggestion to allocate times for customers to keep the buffet area safe for everyone.

The hotel was in a great location - easy to reach from the airport and easy to explore Krakow from. The building itself was clean and well presented, with a nice modern aesthetic, and staff were friendly when we had questions. Room was comfy with a nice bathroom and the hotel itself was quiet. The gym looked good although we didn't get time to use it! Breakfast was good and there were some nice places to get dinner on the road outside - we didn't use the hotel's own restaurant so can't comment on that.

There was some noise from roads etc outside (as expected in a city), but not enough to disrupt sleep luckily. I did find it a little hard to keep the room at a comfortable sleeping temperature as the aircon didn't seem to blast cold air but I could have been pressing the wrong button or something.

The facilities and breakfast were fantastic, make sure you use the pool, stunning views! A decent walk to the main market square, was longer if walked the river way but a nicer walk.

Breakfast is served from 7am, feel like this could be earlier with lots of early flights and early excursions. On our last night there was a lot of banging throughout the night, we think from other room doors and some noise from outside. There were functions going in during our stay so we wondered if the noises in the early hours were from these.

Friendly staff, good cleaning service, excellent and diverse breakfast buffet! The room had a great view on the River.

The hotel is definitely located (a bit) outside the center. It's a 30 min walk. Going back by foot back and forth a few times a day can be a bit strenuous!. I personally thought the center would be bit more walking distance and i am quite a walking person ;) But taxis are affordable though! and otherwise there are trams closeby to reach the city center. I would still very much like to recommend the hotel.

It was really clean and comfortable. Everything was exactly like in the pictures. Bed was really comfortable. AC was working pretty great. Closets and everything was more than enough. In the room there’s perfectly working iron and iron table. Bath was amazing. Pool was little small and it’s only 1.10cm to 1.60 cm but jacuzzi was perfect. View from pool is amazing. You can sit in jacuzzi and watch whole Krakow. Overall we were happy with everything

Wifi wasn’t working properly and there was weird sound in the bathroom nonstop

The spa area was amazing, the pool, jacuzzi and saunas - all clean and working great 👍 never too busy so we could enjoy it a lot! Good choice for breakfast, even for vegetarians - loved the waffle machine! We always got a top up of bottled water in room or if needed more just asked the reception staff. Bar opened till around midnight so if you want to enjoy a drink in a lobby area it is not a problem. We did not dinner in the hotel’s restaurant but menu looked good and the restaurant is opened till 11pm.

The slippers - poor quality so split after wearing them quite quickly, so had to take new ones every day - which on the other had wasn’t an issue as slippers were available at spa area. Quite small room could do with a bit bigger. Would be nice to have cards saying what is what when it comes to food - especially different pastes - although if we asked someone always explained the ingredients.

Evening food selections in restaurant - could be better (in quality/taste too but maybe that’s just an English palette speaking- beef tartare was lovely) Wine and drink quite expensive- guess you need to go out to benefit from cheap Polish prices everyone talks about. Pool is small but luckily had it to myself- imagine it would be crowded in busier times.
