Hotel Eden

Hotel Eden is a lovely hotel,the staff are fantastic and the location is great,it is only a ten minute walk to the main square.the hotel is warm and very clean and the breakfast is realy good.We have thought hard to find a fault but we can not. My brother and i look forward to returning to Krakow in a few months time as we love Poland and its people and hope to be able to stay at the Eden again.

Overall it's one if the best hotels I stayed in! The rooms were quiet, spacious with vintage furniture. Comfortable double bed, big comfy armchair, TV, sitting area and coffee/team. I liked breakfast options. The location is probably another great benefit of this hotel - very alive old City Center with fast food market right in from with great food options, old architecture, long walks along the river.

Everything was perfect. I was looking for a 4* hotel but when i read the comments in booking.com i decided to book this 3* hotel and o was not disappointed! It exceeded my expectations. Very clean, very comfortable, it has everything we needed from tissues to coffee machine. And in a lovely neighbourhood ,with cosy restaurants and coffee shops in walking distance. Highly recommended. And since we were leaving early in the morning they prepared for us a rich breakfast box that it was more than we could it. We will visit it again for sure.

Buffet breakfast full of variety and taste. Bed very comfortable. It is nice to have an extra large pillow in addition to regular size. Staff exceptional and very helpful. I was able to have them store my medication in the kitchen fridge. Bedroom fridge is not a working fridge, more of a cupboard. I suggest it shouldn’t be listed or at least reception should make a point of asking guests if they need to store anything in a fridge, maybe a sign at the front desk would work as well. I highly recommend Hotel Eden.

This hotel is beautiful and comes with some history. The basement/eating area is stunning. Good selection for breakfast. No bar or restaurant for lunch, evening meals but dont let that put you off as there are hotels in the little square (just a minute walk) they serve food and drinks plus a little open air bar over the road with street food vans (they all close at 10pm theres really not alot of noise either) Staff in the hotel were very helpful and helped us with anything we needed. We loved this hotel and will be going back again.

This hotel is a hidden gem and the photos don't do it justice; very historic, beautiful artwork and most interesting building. It is absolutely lovely. The staff are so friendly and helpful. Our room was on the top floor, with a lovely skylight, and windows overlooking the small square. The beds were so comfortable with clean white linen. Complementary tea/coffee, bottled water and toiletries. Breakfast is lovely - small selection of everything from hot food to pastries, to cereals and continental meats/cheeses, with juices, tea/coffee. We plan to return to this hotel, and to explore more of Krakow.

Only point to note, although there is a lift to all floors, there are quite a lot of stairs in between floors and rooms, and up/down to breakfast. Not a problem unless you are perhaps a little less mobile. However, I would think you could ask for a room on the immediate level of the lift.

Excellent location, 20 minute walk to the main square/royal castle/ Schindler’s factory. Uber to airport 50PLN. Lots of restaurants, local shops, street food, coffee shops, cafes and bars on your doorstep. Nice room, comfy beds and clean. Room service offered as often/infrequent as you like. Good breakfast selection. Very helpful staff - looked after our luggage before check in time on day of arrival and provided us with a breakfast bag on last day as we had an early flight booked. Would definitely stay again.

Great location close to some good restaurants and bars, but still quiet enough at night to not be disturbed. Room was comfortable and clean, and the staff friendly and very helpful. Very happy to have chosen Kazimierz as an area to stay, as full of character with a good vibe, and close enough to the Old Town to walk there. Would certainly choose Hotel Eden again.

We checked in half an hour before we should have. The lady on reception was so nice and informed us that they had fulfilled our wish to be on a lower level floor. Our room was a good size, double bed with the most gorgeous pillows. T.v, refreshments tray, fridge, a good size wardrobe and drawers. The bathroom was very modern and suitable for a disabled person. Huge wet room containing toiletries, tissues, hairdryer. Breakfast was served between 8 - 10 and was plentiful. Any coffee and tea you could think of, juices, bread, croissants, cereals and muesli, cake, meats, fish, cheeses, yoghurts, sausages, cooked eggs, pancakes to name but a few items available. Constantly being replenished by friendly staff. Hotel were able to organise trips to Auschwitz and The Salt Mines. Location was in the Jewish Quarter about 20 mins walk from the Old Town. Lots of restaurants, bars and coffee shops close by.

The only think we didn't like was being woken on the first morning before 6 a.m by a gang of Greek Orthodox Jews in the reception area shouting and laughing. This has no reflection on the hotel or staff. We would definately recommend and would stay here again.

The staff is exceptional. They are very accommodating and friendly - they even suggested a lunchbox for me on the day I had to leave early for a tour, as I would have missed breakfast. The room included all the important amenities such as tea, coffee, kettle, drinking water and a mini-fridge. There's always cool, drinking water fountain at the premises, incase a refill is required. The place is really quiet at night which is perfect for light-sleepers and the windows shut out any noise. The breakfast was warm, tasty and plenty. My favourite was the collection of posters and wall art around the hotel.
