Excellent spa with sauna, steam bath and a decent swimming pool. Parking available for a okay price, both in garage and outside. The personnel are all very service minded and polite.

Breakfast is not a 4 star hotel worth. The same food every day which can be okay if the quality is fine. That’s not the case here - quality is below standards. Maybe they are cutting costs after hard times with lockdowns and COVID measures? To give a top rating, breakfast must be outstanding. Change coffee supplier ;)

My family and I really enjoyed this hotel. The hotel is near the city center, you can walk to places of interest. There were no problems with parking. The hotel has its own guarded parking lot, paid only. But you can leave it on the street near the hotel, free of charge. There were places, there were no problems finding a place to park the car. I really liked the hotel room, it's great that it has a small balcony. It was possible to sit quietly on the balcony and drink coffee. The staff is very kind and helpful. When booking a hotel room, I asked for additional room decoration. I ordered flowers, champagne, sweets, as it was supposed to be a surprise for my wife on her birthday. We arrived late at night, but my request was fulfilled, everything was beautifully decorated, the surprise for my wife was successful. Thanks to the hotel staff. Breakfast was just perfect. We're not picky, but this was one of the best breakfasts we've had in hotels of this level. The choice of food is large. It was surprising that you could drink champagne for breakfast. It was like another surprise, since it was my wife's birthday, we had a glass of champagne each. Breakfast was perfect :). The spa area of ​​the hotel is not something special, but it is very fun that after a day's walk, you could calmly swim in the pool, sit in the sauna or in jacuzzi. The water in the pool was warm enough. I had booked a massage for my wife. There was a little misunderstanding due to the fault of the staff, because the massage did not take place at the booked time. But we agreed on another time. The staff apologized, gave a big discount for the massage and also gave gifts to the wife. This shows the professionalism of the staff to solve the issues that arise flexibly. In summary, it can be said that the quality of the hotel exceeds the price.

The whole experience was one of the best I’ve had in any hotel. I chose the hotel on reviews and a very reasonable price for a three night break. The welcome made me immediately feel comfortable. All the Staff from then and for my stay greeted me with a smile. The hotel comes across as quiet perfection, which I know means the staff are working so hard to make this happen, thank you for that. The swimming pool was great for relaxing in. The breakfast was extensive, and tasty. The room I had had such a relaxing character, as does the whole hotel, and I slept well. The room temperature was warm when I came in, and had control for me to lower it at night to my sort of temperature. I was sorry I had to go home. If I’m back in Gdansk I will definitely here again.

Very good breakfast, large choice, specially for cakes, great pancakes, confortable bed and superior room have good equipments, well cleaned, swimming pool and spa open from 8am to 9pm, 10pm weekend Smiling and caring staff, good service.

Steam bath doesn't work in spa area and no mention in booking. Price of parking is expensive but some places front of hôtel are free Expensive menu and drinks, 35 pln for a mohito, should be famous but no ! Food are very good. Local tourist tax to pay, will be great be included in the price when is not refundable.

if you buy some cosmetics in SPA be careful - they sold me twice Yonelle Fortefusion Day and Night cream empty and used boxed , I noticed it right away asked for replace and I really didn’t expect to get another EMPTY & USED packing - just for this service you deserve 1 star review. Because I bought it as a gift for someone I looked like a stupid after person who received it opened her gift. I would understand a mistake, but double mistake and seller who put returned empty cream back on shelf makes me feel it was not an accident. I will never recommend staying to anyone.

Great and comfortable hotel not far from the city centre. The spa was simple but good enough for us. Everything was fresh and clean.

Got two vouchers from one of the staff do to some problems at check in but couldn't use them the second day because they "belonged to the restaurant" Even if they just could have taken drinks from the hotel bar and invoiced the restaurant or just replaced two bottles. Also got some weird information about the night life like: Poles don't stay up late, there's nowhere to go. Not correct as we went out the second day and it was packed with people. And I've also been in Poland before. Not great service behaviour.

Great location, very good breakfasts with wide choice, SPA zone with swimming pool, two saunas and jacuzzi, very comfortable mattresses and pillows. Everything was clean and neat. Stuff was good, they speak English and are supportive.

Hairdryer was not good to me, it blows only very hot air. We also missed places where to dry our swimsuits after SPA. Parking is too expensive, but this was not big issue for us as nearby there is a free parking.

Excellent choice for breakfast room spotless cleaning ladies friendly day I arrived lovely guy at desk changed my room as noisy group were put next to my original room got a lovely room then nice and quiet

Had issues assessing my flight details on my phone told by girl on desk yesterday she couldn’t help give me access to a computer considering you are a business centre hotel would have thought plenty of free computers in the business section of the hotel so very disappointed about that

The spa facilities in the hotel were amazing. Enjoyed using the spa before we set off out for the day. The superior room was bigger and better than expected. Staff seemed friendly. Who spoke very good English. The bar staff were the best. Worked really hard and always had a smile on their faces. Making me random cocktails. Kuba was a young bar man who is a credit to the team. Will be coming back !

The jacuzzi wasn’t working one of the days.

The room was very comfortable and clean. Staff very friendly. Good selection available for breakfast, although some of the food was cold, e.g. sausages. Excellent facilities, shame the steam room and water massage were not working as these were the facilities that made me select this hotel over the other one with spa inGdansk. We also had to ask for bathrobes, toiletries and coffee/milk as these were not in the room. It was not a big issue though. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and I would recommend this hotel to others.
