Close to mall.

I had a very bad check in experience at this hotel. It was noon and it was hot. No ac or fan at the reception. They make you sign and fill up form which I think is a total waste of time given that all the information is available in my reservation. Lastly, the girl receptionist who checked me in called me “Sir” im a transgender and I think the staff need to be trained how to use gender neutral pronouns and salutations to avoid customers getting upset. For the price I paid, its too expensive, old towels, squeeky bed. Not going back.

Location is ideal for new tourist. Just few minutes walking distance to Robinson's Palawan and accessible to anywhere by tricycle. If you are looking for a place to sleep but would go around the town the whole day this is a place to be. Price is reasonable and staff are helpful and friendly.

There's only one access card provided to the room. Need to power up and cool the entire room again when we get back. Suggest to have a separate line for AC to maintain its coolness. Different to cool the place especially during this hot summer season.

Near Robinson (LTO) and Adventist hospital where we have appointments. They have a water dispenser in the hallway, hot and cold showers, and toiletries. Have a restaurant beside the lobby and spa service. Not bad for a short stay. Fast wifi connection.

The bed is noisy when you twist and turn even when you just scratch your back. The noises outside the room (along the hallway) can be heard from the inside. The TV won't open.

Location is good. We just love it because it is on the main road and further more just next to Robinson Mall. Good for lunch and dinner, shopping and ATM. Hotel did not provide electric jug and bottled water but they do have water dispenser situated on the same floor. Great!

Restaurant for breakfast is too small. It was set menu with cordial cold drink. No hot coffee/tea. Staff took long time to serve.

No Ice in facilities. Constantly getting nickled and dimed by caffe charging us for us. Its should come with room at these prices

You're given what you expect. Everything is okay, not amazing but good enough. Staff are nice, there is a thai restaurant downstairs. It's jist next to Robinsons mall which is convenient. Hot and cold water dispensers around the hotel.

Far from the city center. Rooms are just basic. Issue with the door lock, but they transfered us to another room.

The room was very comfortable . Great bed and pillows and bathroom. the staff was excellent. The location was perfect easy access to all places needed

Good size of room, available water in the hall. Easy access to mall. Easy check in

A bit more complicated to get transport from property, since tricycles can't go on highway, they need to take often longer paths to get to city center for example. But to take normal MC taxi avoids this.

I’ll relate my relate to the cost of per night. At 1,400 per night including a breakfast for two - this is a steal deal. Cherries on top are; location, staff friendliness and attentiveness, breakfast, and the location!

i particularly like the ease of booking for reservation and the location is great for working traveller like me...near Robinson Mall for easy food choices and grocery items. The availability of hot water dispenser 24/7 is great.
