As soon as we pulled up the staff treated us very well they helped grab our bags and place them on the trolly at the check in counter they were all very friendly and happy to welcome us after we got our key the man escorted us with our bags up to our room and unloaded them inside the really cool thing about this property is the conservation efforts ive never experienced it before or knew about it before we booked a room here the full power too the room is set up with your room key you remove your key all power is cut from the room meaning your not wasting electricity running air con or tv or lights not sure about location only good thing for us very close to airport and free shuttle offered with your stay the breakfast is worth the price especially if your 2 pax really good quality food at their restaurant they have a really delicious meal option for room service we got roasted or honey chicken seriously worth the price with rice for 100 peso our meal cost under 500 for 2 people with the 2 chicken dinners drinks club house sandwich and fries and a huge plate of butter vegetables every time we seen the staff they always greeted us and friendly they even brought up our coffee and bfast without asking I went up stairs my partner finished her bfast I wasn't feeling great and wasn't planning to go back down stairs happy they brought it up because it was yummy meal and I appreciated the level of customer service from the staff most places would just assume you finished and throw it away well worth to stay and reccomended 1 more thing this building has a generator we experienced a brown out and they fired it up right away

No designated smoking area

The bed was big and the room was so spacious

The door stuck whenever I open or close it. The bathroom smells like old bathroom and the heater did not work. The noise outside is very loud. We can hear it inside. We can't sleep

Aside from the hole on the ceiling inside the shower area .. that looks creepy.. everything is fine.. just hoping that they take time to close the ceiling or atleast do something about it.. my kids are scared to go inside the toilet for that reason.. really looks creepy.. you can see the whole or frels like any moment.. sineone will pops out anytime from that hole🤭🥲

The smell of the room is soo good. It smells so fresh and clean. 😊 Along national highway, acces of transpo is not hustle. Comfy bed and the size of the room is just right.

It doesn't have a mini refrigerator but it's fine. The tv doesn't have a signal, when inserting USB for movie it doesn't read.

Rhe room the bedding the lift the breakfast the honest customer service food staff veryattentive to assist the guest as per request

All is beyond my expectations! I will tell my friends to book n stay here likewise😁

Dinner in the restaurant by far exceeded expectations. Service from staff was excellent.

Maintenance on fittings in room could be improved Eg handle of tap at vanity is broken
