Tricycles are not allowed in the main street that leads from this hotel to the center. That makes it complicated to commute between this hotel and the center.

Clean and comfortable. Great aircon. Family atmosphere. Nice food.

The owner is so helpful. He lives with his family in the same place. Cute dogs and kids. Owner was very helpful with everything and the all the information we needed, he arranged the underground tour and the transportation to el Nido. Staff are warm and helpful always. The rooms are beautiful, with a nice pond with fish beneath the rooms. Breakfast was delicious. Location is great, Near the national highway, you can easily find everything you need in a walking distance. From supermarket to motorbike rentals and toktoks.

Property is a hidden gem. From the outside it doesnt look large but once you enter the gate, it’s beautiful and very homey and peaceful. Rooms are large, beds are comfy and shower pressure is awesome. Owner greated us when we arrived, very friendly and knowledgeable of the area. We travelled with 11 people and occupied 4 rooms..it was awesome waking up and opening your door and you get to talk to your family member. Love the vibes. Thank you Cleon Villas and staff for making my family stay memorable.

Perhaps maybe adding a coffe machine area for guest who wakes up real early 😀

Very friendly welcome and helpful staff. Cute, clean.little houses in a small courtyard, which are well looked after. The host arranged a rental scooter in no time, which allowed us to still do some sightseeing even though we were only staying for one night.

Nothing negative really,perhaps the dogs that bark a bit..Location is not right in the center, but knew that beforehand, and maybe it is even better as it takes.less.time.to get out of the city of you want to visit sights.outside town. There are places nearby if you need anything, otherwise it should be easy to get a trike just around the corner.

I liked the self contained villa and how clean and comfortable It was. I felt safe and comfortable here. I also liked how they already provided a universal powerboard which was fantastic for when we first arrived late at night to charge all our electronics.

It wasn't really walkable to the main shopping, restaurant, bar and coffee places we had to take a tricycle from there however that was fine too :)

Safety when traveling alone is very important and Cleon Villas definitely made me feel safe during my stay in Puerto Princesa. The staff were very nice and accommodating. The location is okay and is quite near the airport.

It's my first time staying in a guest house type so having no ready assistance anytime is quite unusual for me. It's a bit difficult to have them help me in like calling for transpo or if I have other requests for my room. But given the rate and the quality of the stay, this can easily be ignored :)

The location is very convenient. Just around 2km from thr airport. The caretaker is very accommodating and assisted us with late checkin around 10pm. Likewise the owner I think who assisted us on our checkout even it's just 4:30am. Cozy vibe in the city. They have a nice koi pond under the cabanas as well. The garden is relaxing and you can order food for breakfast (with a fee). As for the rooms, great choices of furnitures, high quality materials.

There's no refrigirator and kettle, but it's fine. We can ask for hot water from the caretaker.
