The Seda hotel enjoys a prime location and boasts an exceptionally friendly and accommodating staff. Both Mr. Chris and Mr. Jed were instrumental in assisting us in finding a shuttle bus to the airport. We express our sincere gratitude for their exceptional dedication and service. Furthermore, the breakfast buffet provided at the hotel surpassed all expectations. With daily rotating menus, we were spoilt for choice and could indulge in a satisfying meal each morning.

For future bookings, we highly recommend requesting a room in the new tower. Our personal experience revealed that the rooms in the old tower are relatively small and lack cleanliness. By opting for accommodations in the new tower, guests can ensure a more comfortable and pristine stay.

I loved my stayed at Seda. The rooms are very good! Very good bed. Great pillows. Bathroom has everything a guest needs to have. The cleanliness is remarkable. Minibar works well and the water replacement is daily. The staff are excellent. Polite, pro-active, always attentive, they do everything to make the guest feel safe and comfortable. I highlight the staffs Kim and Gladys, who have all the virtues mentioned above! Suggestion: Smart TV nowadays is not luxury but a highly significant resource for the guest! The access a some links like YouTube, Netflix,….would be very nice!

The breakfast was excellent with many options. The hotel was very conveniently located in the BGC area, near many restaurants and shopping malls and right by High Street for shopping. I stayed twice and the first time booked a suite--the suite was amazing! It was very large with a full sized washer and dryer, iron, etc and access to the lounge. The suite was very reasonably priced and it was like having a full apartment to yourself. However, no suites were available for my second stay, so I had a superior delux room, which was a fairly standard size hotel room and cost about the same as my pervious stay. Staff were extremely polite and helpful.

The superior delux room did not have a hair dryer nor an iron, which I consider pretty standard to have in all rooms. The hotel was very busy during both of my stays (one weekend, one week day) and as a result check in and check out had long lines and it was a bit hectic, but the staff handled the crowds well.

while it’s about 30-40 minutes to the airport, the hotel location is across to shopping malls, restaurants and other hubs which is probably the best part of this hotel.

The staff at the hotel’s roof top bar wasn’t welcoming. We were ignored and had to get their attention many times to get served for cocktails & food. what annoyed us most was a couple of young men arrived after us that only ordered a bottle of water & a Caesar salad were well looked after than us. Both my husband and myself ordered two cocktails each and some Korean chicken. We only got their attention after complaining to Ares who apologised for the bad service. Not impressed so we decided to go back to our room.

The service was wonderful, the club lounge and business facilities very good. Breakfast buffet was very good. Bed was comfortable, and the curtains blocked out the light - great for a sleep in. Ashley, who was in the Club Lounge was exceptional, friendly, very attentive and made sure I had everything I needed (coffee, water etc) For future business meetings, I would request her again.

Room is quite comfortable. Staff is friendly. Location is perfect, just near the High Street. We got club access, so the extra spoils (cocktails, refreshments) are quite nice. Well-equipped room, comfy bed.

We had breakfast at the club, but if you need to have it in the restaurant on the ground floor, you can expect a line - not a great experience. Parking is limited and not convenient. The room was a bit dark. The lobby, restaurant and elevators felt crowded.

flashing light from the smoke detectors in the room, when lights were turned off bright lights would flash on and off. maintenance came to cover them but there was a light that still was visible. the shower and bathroom needed more of a deep cleaning and the pool area needs regular maintenance and staff.

Very well situated, location is excellent with High Street next to it. I like that it is clean and the staff are all warm and helpful. Buffet breakfast has a wide variety of choices.

The walls are too thin, you can hear all the conversations from the next room and the hallways. You have to pull the door with force for it to lock properly but most guests slam it so it causes a lot of noise and vibration.

The communication system was superb, I think it was centralized and the person who will answer the phone can assist any issues. The bed was so comfy, one of the best sleep time of my life. The location was so central, lots of restaurant, coffee shops nearbly. Food was great too. will definitely come back.

It was very minor, I requested for an extra bed and it arrived after 3 hours. I guess they were just so busy.

Overall I like the place. The Staff were friendly, and if I remember it right the day shift supervisor (Jaron?) checked us in ^^ and, I've noticed that the hotel was Pet Friendly and allowed pets to dine with the owners in the restaurant which is a plus point for me to re-come back to the hotel with my pet ^^

just the waiting line for the breakfast buffet, but still manage to be served. ^^
