Go Hotels Mandaluyong

Excellent service as always. This is my 1st go to hotel everytime I'm staying here manila. The place is always neat and tidy, with spacious room, and comfortable bed you can sleep with. The venue is nearby to Boni MRT, Taxis/Grab, cybergate mall, convenient store and ATM Machine (union bank). It's a peaceful place and the thing that keeps me coming back is the hotel staff, upon entry to end of your stay they'll always give you a warm welcome. Staff there are friendly, polite and professional. Keep up the good work! Thank you.

Room was well prepared, staff always moving around with their carts, talking to each other. Checkin staff was corteous. Nothing to complain about. I had recommended this spot to my visiting colleages (from abroad) before, accessible from my place if your driver knows the ins and outs.

Could hear next door's conversations even with windows closed. Woke me up early as I'm a night person. Not that disturbing but it felt like someone was trying to wake me up from the windows.

Indeed, great value for your money. Staff are all accommodating and even help us to check in an hour early with no additional fees. Water are unlimited, although they are placed outside your room, so you have to go out and refill the pitcher they provided.

Instead of rolling blinds, i suggest using the curtain so no lights will pass thru the room in the morning. Also, I suggest adding hair dryers for girls and refrigerators for food storage.

Location near impossible to get taxi during busy hours, access to lobby from outside is non-existent, car pickup is very inconvenient without proper hotel lobby entrance, parking is charged even for guests (other hotels free)

Crews are very responsive, they are right away into the spot of it. And nice communications with them. I am overwhelmed and grateful with them.

Not like but make breakfast something creative. It is nice but need a little more menus and designs. I hope when we come back, I will probably see some menus.

The room is spacious. Staff are really friendly. Public areas are quiet. It's near malls and MRT. 24/7 convenience store just right outside.

You cannot control the water temperature. Once it's hot, you can't lower the temperature anymore. The hallways, although spacious, are too dark.

it is in edsa so less hassle travelling, check in was fast

it was probably just because of the overall heat/weather of Manila but the window area/glass is hot in the afternoon despite aircondition

Spacious room and EDSA view with complete amenities. Unlimited water on pitcher as Go Hotels becomes environmental friendly by not giving a bottled water which is better.

Limited to Ministop for the food outside.

i feel like my stay was worth it and was worth the price

i didnt like the fact that we cant have two towels. i think it’s a weird rule to not allow us to have two towels even if we have 2 people in the room.
